PONS: Will it go up next or down? I’ll put my judgment first: for the short term, it’s more likely to trade sideways. If you still want to keep bullish, you need to reclaim the area above.
These past few days, doing LP for PONS/USDG, the deepest feeling I have is this: earning a little bit from fees, only for price fluctuations to wipe out the profits in an instant 😂
When I’m writing this, PONS is around $0.53, and over the past 24 hours it has roughly moved within $0.49–$0.575. The swing isn’t small, but based on just one rebound, I still can’t say the trend has already strengthened.
Next, I’m watching two levels:
To the upside: first look around $0.575. After a breakout, if it can hold its ground and the pullback doesn’t easily fall back, that’s when I’ll raise my expectations for continued upward movement.
To the downside: first look around $0.49. If it breaks down and then doesn’t manage to get back up for a while, you have to accept the possibility that the short-term trend will weaken further.
These two levels come from the recent day’s high and low points. They’re just observation lines for now—nothing more than that, not long-term support and resistance.
