Formal Complaint to Binance Support — Request for Review & Clarification.
Subject: Urgent Complaint – Account Eligibility, Red Box Claims & Repeated “Risk Assessment” Disqualifications Dear Binance Support Team, I am writing to formally request a clear review and explanation regarding repeated eligibility issues affecting my Binance account and participation in Binance campaigns. Issues I am facing: 1. Unable to Claim Red Boxes 🎁 I frequently receive the message: “Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at this time as per the activity’s terms.” However, no specific reason is provided explaining which eligibility requirement I have failed to meet. 2. Repeated “Account Not Eligible” Messages ❌ My account appears to be restricted from participating in or claiming rewards from certain activities, even when I believe I have followed the stated campaign requirements. 3. Disqualification Due to “Risk Assessment” ⚠️ I have experienced disqualification from multiple campaigns under the general explanation of “risk assessment.” I respectfully request clarification on what this means in my specific case. 4. Lack of Specific Explanation If there is a particular account activity, campaign rule, or eligibility requirement causing these restrictions, please clearly identify it so I can understand and comply with Binance's rules. 5. Request for a Fair Review / Appeal Process If my account has been restricted because of a compliance or risk-related determination, please provide an appropriate review or appeal process, where available. 🙏 My Requests to Binance Support I kindly request that your team: 🔍 Review my account and campaign eligibility. 📋 Identify the specific reason for the repeated restrictions. 🎁 Check why I am unable to claim eligible Red Box/Red Envelope rewards. ⚠️ Clarify whether any “risk assessment” has affected my account. 📢 Explain which campaign terms or requirements may apply to my situation. 🔄 Provide a review/appeal procedure if one is available. ✅ Confirm whether my account has any current restrictions affecting future campaigns. I am not asking for special treatment or guaranteed rewards. I am simply requesting transparency, clarity, and a fair opportunity to understand and resolve the issue. I value the Binance ecosystem and would appreciate a proper investigation rather than receiving only a general “not eligible” or “risk assessment” response. Please escalate this matter to the appropriate team if necessary and provide a clear response regarding my account status. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, KIM CRYPTO 143 Binance Community Member #Binance #BinanceSupport #BinanceRedBox #CryptoCommunity #customersupportteam

The Clarity Act died and crypto went UP 😂🧧🧧🧧 @x_Rex The US Senate blocked the Clarity Act last week 👀 The bill that was supposed to finally give crypto clear regulation in America — gone. Blocked by Democrats over ethics concerns about Trump's own crypto holdings. And Bitcoin? Went from $76K to $81K after the news. Let me explain why that makes sense — The CFTC immediately said "fine, we'll do it ourselves" and sent their own crypto regulatory package to the White House. The SEC introduced a 5-year Innovation Exemption letting platforms trade tokenized stocks without traditional registration. So regulation isn't dead. It just changed shape overnight. Coinbase up 11.7%. Strategy up 16.4%. Robinhood up 9.1%. All crypto stocks surging. The market realized something — regulation through agencies might actually be cleaner than regulation through a Congress that can't agree on anything 😅 Did you expect crypto to go UP when the Clarity Act died? 👇 @x_Rex

BTC I’m watching for a rebound here; I won’t short around the 80,000 area.
Current price is around 80,400. It’s down 1% over the past 24 hours, but there’s a detail in this leg of selling: OI dropped from 109,400 BTC to 108,900 BTC. The price is falling and the positioning is shrinking too—this looks more like deleveraging rather than aggressive short-covering by new shorts.
Now look at the account structure:
Across the whole market, shorts are about 51% and longs 49%, and retail traders have already started to lean bearish.
But the Top Trader data is completely the opposite: big-player longs are 68.5%, with a long/short ratio of 2.17.
Yesterday’s 4H sell-off candle traded 24,300 BTC, clearly on increased volume. After that, the subsequent few candles’ volume fell quickly, and there’s temporary support around 80,000.
My view is very clear:
Around 80,000 is the spot for a short-term bottoming range—I’m leaning long.
If we reclaim 80,550, first target 81,200. If we break 81,900, we’ll reopen upside room.
At this level, I’d rather wait for the rebound than chase a short $BTC #比特币突破8万美元大关
