❌ It didn’t reach the 60 votes needed to move forward.

And the market reacted immediately:

📉 $BTC lost ground and even fell below $75.000.

💥 $XRP took an even harder hit.

📉 $ETH and $SOL also pulled back.

The problem isn’t just the drop…

Because while the market is still processing the regulatory blow…

And this is where another chapter—completely different—could begin.

⚠️ TWO CATALYSTS IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS

🇺🇸 CLARITY Act:

The legislation that aimed to establish a clearer federal framework for digital assets was stalled in the Senate.

📉 Result: immediate pressure on BTC, ETH, XRP and SOL.

🏦 FED:

Now traders are waiting for the rate decision and, perhaps even more importantly…

👉 WHAT WILL POWELL SAY NEXT?

Because one thing is the rate decision.

And a very different question is whether the Fed is setting the stage for more tightening or whether the market can start looking again toward a more favorable monetary policy.

👀 AND HERE’S MY RADAR:

₿ $BTC → can it reclaim $76K–$78K?

💎 $ETH → does correction threaten the structure after its strong surge?

⚡ $SOL → can $100 work as a psychological zone?

🔥 $XRP → probably one of the charts that deserves the most attention after the regulatory hit.

🚨 BUT BE CAREFUL…

I’m not trying to guess whether the market will go up or down.

I’m waiting for THE REACTION.

📈 If BTC recovers key levels after the Fed → the scenario changes.

📉 If it loses support with volume → selling pressure increases.

⚡ If a strong wick appears and immediate recovery → it could be liquidity and extreme volatility.

Today could be one of those days where waiting 10 minutes is worth more than entering 10 times. 👀
