Save these 3 things before every P2P transaction—it's your “insurance”!
When doing a P2P transaction, there’s something more important than finding a good price: storing your transaction records. Why?
If something goes wrong, Binance can help you, but they need proof. Without proof, you only have your word. Here are the 3 things you need to save right in every transaction:
📋 1. ORDER ID
This is the “ID card” of the transaction. Always take a screenshot showing the Order ID before you start.
💬 2. CHAT HISTORY
All agreements are recorded in the Binance chat. Don’t chat outside Zalo/Telegram—if there’s an issue, Binance won’t have a basis to verify.
🏦 3. BANK RECEIPTS
Screenshots of transfer history, SMS messages from the bank, or your balance before/after the transfer. This is the “hardest” evidence.
Where to save? On your phone—and more importantly, back it up to the Cloud (Google Drive, iCloud) so you don’t lose it if your phone breaks.
When do you need it? The moment you open a complaint with Binance’s support team. The more complete the evidence, the faster your issue can be resolved.
Do this before every transaction—that’s how you protect yourself!
