🔐 3 LAYERS OF CHECKS BEFORE COMPLETING A BINANCE P2P TRANSACTION
P2P isn’t difficult, but if you rush through just one step, you can easily run into trouble. I usually check these 3 layers before finalizing the trade 👇
🟢 LAYER 1 — CHECK THE COUNTERPARTY
Before trading, look at:
• Transaction completion rate
• Number of transactions completed
• Payment method
• Ad terms
Don’t only focus on the best price. A counterparty with a clear trading history is often worth considering more.
🟡 LAYER 2 — CHECK THE MONEY
When making payment:
• Verify the recipient name is correct
• Verify the amount is correct
• Use only the payment method that matches the ad
• Don’t trust screenshots instead of verifying the actual transaction
⚠️ Especially: if your bank account hasn’t shown the funds yet, don’t confirm that you’ve received payment just because the other party says they transferred it.
🔴 LAYER 3 — CHECK BEFORE YOU HIT “COMPLETE”
Quickly ask yourself these 3 questions:
☑️ Has the money truly arrived in your account?
☑️ Does the transaction information match perfectly?
☑️ Is anyone pressuring you to skip a step of checking?
If anything seems off → stop, double-check, and use Binance support/dispute channels when needed.
💡 Safe P2P doesn’t have to be complicated. Just remember:
Right person → right money → right process → then only complete.
Spending a few extra seconds to check is better than handling a problematic transaction later. 😄
