P2P trading isn’t just about choosing a good price. Before clicking “I have paid”, check:
1️⃣ Only trade within the Binance P2P system—do not switch to a separate trade outside of it.
2️⃣ Carefully verify the recipient’s name and payment details before transferring money. Do not transfer to an account different from the information shown in the order.
3️⃣ When buying crypto, confirm that you have paid only after the money is actually transferred successfully. Do not confirm based on screenshots or the other party’s promises.
4️⃣ Do not cancel the order after you have transferred money if you haven’t followed the correct process. If there’s an issue, use Binance’s complaint/support feature.
5️⃣ Do not share your OTP code, password, or any account security information with anyone claiming to be a support staff member.
6️⃣ Always read the terms of the P2P advertisement before trading, especially the payment method and any additional requirements.
