Video evidence for P2P dispute: How to record & send it properly to help Binance resolve it super fast👌
Right at 07:00 that morning, my sell order for 15,000 USDT (equivalent to nearly 396 million VND) was put in pending status.
The buyer said they had transferred the money, but I hadn’t seen anything in my account.
My heart was racing, but I immediately remembered: Binance escrow was still keeping the coins safely. Just prepare the evidence the right way.
I followed 4 super simple steps to record a video, and Binance support handled it very quickly:
Step 1: Open the Binance app, go to order details, and clearly show the Order ID and the status “In dispute”.
Step 2: Switch to your banking app, log in for real, swipe down to show your current balance and the most recent transaction history (there’s no transaction matching the amount).
Step 3: Record the entire screen in slow motion, clearly stating the date/time and “I am the seller; I have not received payment from the buyer”.
Step 4: End by going back to the internal Binance chat to prove that all exchanges took place on the platform—never leaving the app.
The script I said in the video:
“Hello support team. I am the seller of the 15,000 USDT order. At the moment, I have not received the payment. This is my current bank account balance and the full transaction history. All exchanges are in the Binance chat. I hope you can check and help.”
A few minutes later, the seller transferred the funds to me. By keeping the transaction on the platform, confirming that the money is real before releasing it, and saving the full documentation, this “incident” became an experience that made me feel even more confident.
Thanks to @Binance Vietnam for having a clear support process and protecting users to the very end.
