Form 8-A, which several companies submitted to #SEC between yesterday and today, is used in the 'securities' registration process.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has until January 10 to report whether it approves or rejects the spot bitcoin (BTC) ETF application filed jointly by ARK and 21Shares. According to the opinion of many specialists, most of the applications would be approved together to avoid favoring any one in particular.
Between yesterday and today, with just a few days left before that deadline, several companies have completed and submitted the 8-A forms to the aforementioned regulatory body.
