According to Odaily, cryptocurrency security firm Ancilia mistakenly shared a link to a crypto wallet drainer on the X platform. The intention behind the post was to assist users affected by a security incident involving Radiant Capital. The post has since been deleted.
On October 16, Radiant Capital, a lending protocol, was hacked, resulting in the theft of approximately $51.5 million. Following the attack, Radiant Capital users began revoking permissions to the protocol to prevent further theft of funds.
An anonymous cryptocurrency commentator known as 'Spreek' shared a screenshot of Ancilia's now-deleted post. The post had forwarded a 'scam link' from a fake Radiant X account, which directed users to a wallet drainer.
