According to BlockBeats, decentralized social protocol Farcaster has seen a surge in user interactions, including posts and likes, reaching record highs since May 21. As of May 23, Farcaster recorded 69,901 unique reactions and 60,387 unique casts in a single day.
On May 22, Farcaster secured $150 million in funding, led by Paradigm, with participation from a16z crypto, Haun, USV, Variant, and Standard Crypto. The company announced that it will primarily focus on increasing daily active users and adding developer primitives to the protocol, such as channel features and private messaging functions.
