Odaily Planet Daily News: According to the court order, U.S. District Judge Lisette M. Reid asked NBA Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban to testify in court on February 2. It is understood that Mark Cuban was sued for promoting the crypto lending company Voyager Digital, and the plaintiff believed that he made profits by promoting a Ponzi scheme. Mark Cuban applied to testify twice but was rejected by the U.S. District Judge. The judge also stated that the three plaintiffs related to the Voyager Digital class action lawsuit, Pierce Robertson, Rachel Gold, and Sanford Gold, will be dismissed by the end of this month, and two Dallas Mavericks employees will also need to be dismissed before February 23.
