Azra Games, a Web3 gaming startup founded by veteran game designer Mark Otero, has successfully raised $42.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Pantera Capital’s Franklin Bi. This latest round brings the company's total funding to $68.3 million. The capital will be used to accelerate the development of its gaming titles, expand its team, and advance other ongoing projects. Additionally, part of the funds will support Azra Labs, a research unit focused on integrating AI into AAA mobile game development. Azra Games aims to create mobile RPGs that rival PC and console quality, with its flagship game, "Project Legends," already open for the waitlist.
