Mechanism in Simple Earn fixed rate locked products:

  • Subscription format: Subscription is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fixed duration of 7 days.

  • Fixed Rate: The fixed rate will remain the same for the entire duration of the Simple Earn locked offer. For fixed rates, any available APR changes will only apply to your new locked product subscriptions and not your existing ones.

  • Reward calculation period: from 00:00 (UTC) on the day after you subscribe to the locked products until the end of the subscription period.

  • Rewards distribution: they are distributed daily in the spot wallet.

Terms and conditions:

  • Users must have completed account verification to successfully participate in promotions.

  • Accounts or sub-accounts that are illegally registered in batches will not be able to participate or receive any rewards.

  • This promotion is only applicable to all users who have never subscribed to Simple Earn's locked products before 10/14/2024 00:00 (UTC).

  • Changes to the Simple Earn reward rate will be posted on the platform periodically. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Users can view their locked product subscriptions by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.

    • About Simple Earn Early Redemption of Locked Products: Users will be able to redeem their assets early. Once they have chosen to redeem early, the digital assets will be returned to their spot wallets, and users will not be entitled to receive any rewards (whether accrued or not). Any rewards distributed will be deducted from the principal amount refunded. After the Simple Earn Locked Offer period ends, it will take no more than 72 hours for the digital assets to be returned to users' spot wallets.

  • Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies locked in Simple Earn Locked Product subscriptions for Simple Earn Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period.

  • Assets you deposit into Simple Earn can be lent to other Binance users (e.g. crypto lending and margin lending products).

  • Redemptions may be temporarily delayed if there is a high number of redemption requests. Redemptions may resume when liquidity recovers.

  • Binance reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent behavior.

  • Binance reserves the right to establish, modify or change these Promotion Terms without prior notice at any time and at its sole discretion, including, for example, cancelling, extending, terminating or suspending these Promotions, the conditions and criteria for participation, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any actions to be taken, and all users shall be bound by such modifications.
