Hello everyone, I'm Moon. As a crypto market investor for the past two years, today I'd like to share my personal assessment of Meme Coins as follows: Meme coins are a group of low market cap coins that are less known due to their lack of seriousness and practical applications. Mostly, when Meme coins are mentioned, investors only recall a few prominent projects such as Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, and more recently, Floki. So, is there a basis for investing in Meme coins? Fundamentally, Meme coins are a general term in the cryptocurrency world referring to digital currencies created based on internet jokes. Meme coins differ from coins generated through modern algorithms and technologies like ETH, BTC, or SOL. They are associated with entertainment, lacking seriousness, and practical value. So, should you invest in Meme coins? A common feature of most Meme coins is their extremely low value. Anyone can own a large quantity of Meme coins with minimal capital. They can bring profits, but mostly carry significant risks. Profit from investing in Meme coins heavily depends on the timing of buying and selling. The speculative nature of this type of cryptocurrency is higher than other groups. Meme coins experience unusual and continuous fluctuations, leading to sudden pump and dump situations. Market psychology of fear of missing out (FOMO) or even a minor action by influencers can cause Meme coin values to skyrocket, and vice versa. In reality, some famous Meme coin projects have changed the negative perception of this coin group. However, if you intend to invest, you should choose projects with established reputations, large communities, and relatively good technology to ensure sustainability. Advice: Only invest a small portion of your capital in Meme coins, and ensure that this coin group does not exceed 5% of your cryptocurrency investment portfolio.
