The U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission have said that an investor class action lawsuit against Nvidia should be approved by the Supreme Court. The lawsuit alleges that the tech company misrepresented its sales of crypto miners and has been ongoing since 2018. In an amicus brief dated Oct. 2, U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Prelogar and SEC senior counsel Theodore Weiman argued that the case should be retried in the court of appeals.
