Taker Intensity
The Taker Intensity indicator represents the trend of Takers (i.e. those who enter Market orders) in real time. This indicator does not specifically show who is holding the Taker position, however, we can apply this indicator to understand the Market better
For small frames like H1, applying the TI indicator for Long - Short players, in addition to combining it with technical analysis, is also one of the ways to make your position safer
Looking at the image below, you can easily see that after slight adjustments of $BTC, TI tends to increase gradually, and usually the -0.4 mark will be the mark to pay attention to for TI
TI touches -0.4 and gradually returns => Set up a stable Long order
TI touches -0.4 but still shows no signs of increasing back => Market selling force is still quite strong, you can wait for more signals
The same method is used for Short Scalp orders (the 0.3 - 0.4 mark is the mark to pay attention to for these orders). When TI reaches 0.3 – 0.4 and shows signs of decreasing
(TI reaches peak, Whale closes Long orders so the price may have a slight decrease, can be combined with BTC OI for confirmation)
