The address withdrew 1,401 ETH (about $3.39 million) from Binance 10 hours ago, deposited it in Compound, and then borrowed 2.3 million USDT to recharge Binance; currently, a total of 2,794 ETH has been pledged to borrow 4.53 million USDT, with a health level of 1.23. ETH will face liquidation when it falls to $1,965.
