Bitwise Files S-1 with SEC to Launch $XRP ETF
According to the filing, the XRP ETF will provide direct custody of XRP. After filing the S-1, Bitwise will also need to file a Form 19b-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). If the SEC approves these documents, the $XRP ETF will be launched.
