A US court has dismissed the SEC's lawsuit against Ripple Labs and its executives Brad Garlinghouse and Christian Larsen. This is Ripple's third victory in its years-long legal battle with the regulator. The SEC lawsuit, filed in 2020, accused the company and its executives of selling more than $1.3 billion in an “unregistered, ongoing digital asset security offering” of XRP. As a result of the lawsuit, many US exchanges have removed XRP from their platforms.
