What are FTX's largest holdings, and could a selloff potentially impact the market? FTX recently gained court approval to liquidate $3.4 billion in crypto assets. Their largest holding is #Solana, with roughly 55.8 million SOL, valued at $1,162 million. #Bitcoin follows closely, where FTX holds around 20.5K BTC, equivalent to $560 million. However, its #Bitcoin holdings only constitutes a small portion of $BTC's circulating supply, at just 0.1%. #Ethereum secures the 3rd position in FTX’s holdings, with approximately 112.6K ETH amounting to $192 million, representing 0.09% of ETH’s circulating supply. Together, $SOL , $BTC , and $ETH make up a significant 56.3% of FTX's vast $3.4 billion crypto portfolio. FTX's holdings also include #APT🔥 , #usdt , #Xrp🔥🔥 , #BIT, #STG, #WBTC, and #WETH, collectively constituting 21.8% of their holdings. It's important to note that a substantial portion of FTX's #SOL holdings are subject to a structured vesting schedule. Out of the 55.8 million tokens, 42.2 million are vested and not immediately tradable. Based on the vesting schedule, 618.4K #SOL are unlocked each month, making up about 1.1% of FTX's total #SOL holdings. However, a significant unlock of 7.5 million #SOL is scheduled for March 1, 2025, constituting a substantial 13.5% of FTX's total #SOL holdings.
