Tether is preparing to integrate its stablecoin, USDT, onto the Aptos blockchain, although the official launch date has not yet been announced.
Tether's CEO stated, “Aptos' advanced technology enables USDT transactions to be faster and more cost-effective."
Despite its robust infrastructure, Aptos' applications currently lack the creativity needed to attract users. It is hoped that the arrival of USDT, along with upcoming updates, will enhance Aptos' appeal to both the user community and developers.
