The Action Plan states that its main goals are to achieve a total of 250 billion yuan in the province’s metaverse-related industries by 2025; to build a number of innovation carriers such as key laboratories, engineering (technology) research centers, and manufacturing innovation centers in the field of metaverse, and to create a number of common technology public service platforms; to create 200 typical metaverse application scenarios in the fields of industry, culture and tourism, education, and urban development; to attract and cultivate 15 metaverse core track chain leader companies, 150 “specialized, refined, and innovative” companies in subdivided fields, and 300 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises.
