This withdrawal has raised concerns and speculation that Binance may pull out of Russia.

Binance founder and CEO Changpeng Qiao announced to X Company (formerly Twitter) the departure of the company's top executives in Russia. “Several of our team members have taken on more senior roles, some of which are outside of Binance,” he said in the post.

Notably, Gleb Kostarev, Binance's Head of Eastern Europe and Russia, announced his resignation today in a Facebook post.
