According to the latest monitoring, the German government has made a series of huge Bitcoin transactions in the past 16 hours:
Sold 10,853 BTC at a price of about $58,659, with a total value of $637 million. Repurchased 2,442 BTC at a price of about $57,560, with a total value of $141 million.
Currently, the number of Bitcoins held by the German government has dropped to 15,552, equivalent to about $894 million. This is equivalent to 31% of the original amount they seized from the pirated movie website Movie2k in January this year.
