Rescheduling BlockEstate’s LGE
In consideration of various factors, including prevailing market conditions, the extensive security audit required for our staking contract, and our aspiration to enable more community members to actively partake in the testing phase, we have made the considered decision to defer our LGE to Q4 of this year.
This choice was not made without careful contemplation and is in alignment with our commitment to prioritizing security and community engagement. Here’s the rationale behind our decision:
1. Market Dynamics: The cryptocurrency market is in a state of constant flux and unpredictability. In order to ensure the most favorable conditions for our LGE and the enduring prosperity of BlockEstate, we are choosing to wait for a more stable and conducive market environment.
2. Security Audit: The security of our staking contract stands as our paramount concern. We are presently undertaking discussions to carry out an exhaustive security audit, meticulously identifying and addressing any potential vulnerabilities. This approach is imperative to safeguard the future investments made by our community.
3. Community Participation: Blockestate is a community driven project and our aspiration is to involve as many members of our community as possible in the testing and rollout of our staking contract. By affording more time for community engagement, we are endeavoring to fashion a launch that is more inclusive and community-driven.
What is Blockestate?
BlockEstate is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that aspires to transform the real estate investment sector by launching a decentralized, community-owned real estate protocol that concentrates on tourism-centric properties.
Tokenomic
$BEH is an ERC-20 token with a maximum supply 100.000.000, or one hundred million.
The token derives its value from the assets under management owned by BlockEstate and special benefits that come with holding $BEH.
• 50% is offered to the public during our Liquidity Generation Event
• 20% are paired with $USDC and locked on a decentralized exchange
• 15% is vested to the team over the course of 12 months, after an initial cliff of 6 months
• 11% are held in the BlockEstate multisig wallet as reserve for future expansion
• 3% are allocated for community airdrops
• 1% were sold during BlockEstate’s Pre-Sale
Blockestate investment strategy
BlockEstate’s investment strategy focuses on high yielding real estate properties in touristic areas worldwide.
Our real estate team has vetted multiple properties for countries like Egypt, Spain, Greece, Thailand and the US. The community of token holders will decide which of these to acquire first through a snapshot vote.
All of the acquired properties will be rented out on AirBnB and profits is distributed through our staking smart contract.
