PRO is the native ERC-20 token of the Propy platform. PRO enables the necessary and mandatory steps for property acquisition in the Propy Registry, consisting primarily of executing deed contracts and title contracts, which are required to transfer title and record title changes. Propy charges a "registration fee" for using PRO to make payments to record these changes on the blockchain.
Propy generates a property's purchase and sale agreement automatically and verifies ownership through a third party. All participants electronically sign the offer. Once all parties have signed, the purchase agreement is encrypted and recorded on the blockchain.
