What is Balance ($EPT)?
Balance is a Web3 platform created by the team behind E-PAL, the gaming companion service that grew to over 4 million users since launching in 2020. After building a strong reputation by connecting gamers with skilled companions, the team expanded their vision into Web3, aiming to create a broader digital ecosystem that brings together gaming, AI, and blockchain technology.
Balance is designed to make the move from Web2 to Web3 easier for everyday users. It combines AI-powered digital companions, customizable NFTs, decentralized identity tools, and blockchain-based infrastructure into a single platform. At the heart of the platform is $EPT, Balance’s native token. $EPT is used for paying for services like gaming companionship, accessing premium platform features, minting Fan Tokens, and creating NFTs. It also plays a role in governance, allowing users to vote on upgrades and platform decisions. On the infrastructure side, $EPT acts as a gas token, helping to power the decentralized node network that supports the platform.
With a total supply capped at 10 billion tokens, $EPT is built to fuel the economy within Balance. It’s meant to reward participation, support platform services, and encourage the development of AI-driven and blockchain-based applications, all without being a general-purpose currency outside the platform. The self-reported circulating supply of the project is 2.31B EPT.
