According to Foresight News, South Korean tokenized asset issuance company Open Asset has raised KRW 2.3 billion (approximately $1.9 million) in a seed funding round. Investors in the round included Hana Ventures, Korea Investment Partners, and Mashup Ventures.
Open Asset is developing a solution that enables financial institutions to adopt blockchain and trade tokenized assets. The company has participated in the tokenized securities issuance infrastructure project of South Korean investment securities advisory firm 'Korea Investment ST Friends'.
