According to Foresight News, Polygon's modular blockchain project Avail announced that it is expected to shut down the Kate testnet in October to prepare for the incentive testnet. In the next few weeks, Avail will provide more detailed information about the incentive testnet, token economic model and other details. The number of validators for Avail's incentive testnet will be limited to 300.
