Users who complete the in-game instructions and complete the tasks within Enter The Dimension qualify for entry into a prize draw for tickets. Weekly grand prize: two tickets to a show of your choice (subject to availability, and on a first come, first served basis), or alternatively an exclusive VIP swag bundle (subject to availability).
Prize Draws will take place every Monday, with winners notified on Tuesdays. You will not receive immediate confirmation of entry to the prize draw. However, by successfully signing up (or logging in) to Binance.com, using the link above/below, you will automatically be entered.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Enter The Dimension Metaverse and Puzzle Box Game Competition ("Competition"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions apply to this promotion.
Eligibility:
1.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of participation.
1.2 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Binance are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
1.3 Users should log in to their Binance accounts and pass KYC (identity verification). Only verified users will be eligible for rewards.
1.4 Participation in the Competition implies acceptance of these Terms and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Competition Entry:
2.1 To enter the Competition, you must play the Metaverse or Puzzle Box Game online, available via enterthedimension.com.
2.2 Each completed gameplay session will grant you one entry into the draw.
2.3 You may enter the Competition as many times as you wish, subject to the limitations mentioned in these Terms.
2.4 If multiple winners select a show as an option they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. VIP swag can be chosen as an alternative to show tickets (subject to availability).
Draw and Winner Selection:
3.1 The draw will take place weekly on Mondays (Draw 1 - 19th June; Draw 2 - 26th June; Draw 3 - 3rd July; Draw 4 - 10th July; Draw 5 - 17th July; Draw 6 - 24th July; Draw 7 - 31st July) to determine the winners of the Competition.
3.2 The winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants who have played the game and completed the necessary requirements. Winning participants will be selected from the UID list of eligible users. Historical participants from previous draws will be excluded.
3.3 Illegally bulk registered accounts, corporate accounts and sub-accounts shall not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
3.4 Binance will notify the winners by email on Tuesdays following the draw dates. The last draw will be on the 31st of July for the EU leg of the tour.
3.5 In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the initial notification, or if the winner fails to provide the necessary verification documents, Binance reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements:
4.1 To claim a prize, winners must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
4.2 Winners must provide accurate and valid identification documents as part of the KYC process.
4.3 Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Communication and Prize Acceptance:
5.1 Only winners will receive email communications from Binance to confirm if they are selected as winners.
5.2 By participating in the Competition, you agree to receive such email communications until the conclusion of the Competition.
5.3 Winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim their prize.
5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Privacy and Data Protection:
6.1 By participating in the Competition, you agree to Binance’s privacy policy and the processing of your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
6.2 Binance will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
General Conditions:
7.1 Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
7.2 Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
7.3 All participants must strictly abide by the Binance Terms of Use. Any breach of the Binance Terms of Use will disqualify the user from rewards.
7.4 Binance’s decisions regarding the Competition, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
7.5 Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Competition. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not participate in the Competition.
