Learn how the market works. Learn the fundamentals. Learn the concepts.
And most importantly, trade.
I remember reading somewhere that the best way to learn trading is to actually trade. Even if it’s demo trading.
Because when you trade, you know what you’re looking for, and you already have a way to know whether you were right or wrong; profit or sl.
So why keep looking for more and more advice?
You can listen to people, of course. It can help, and there can be some really good advice out there. But don’t forget the biggest tool you already have in your hands.
If you close a trade at a loss, that was a bad decision. If you close a trade in profit, that was a good decision. From there, you already know whether the decision you made was good or bad.
So what are you looking for?
Make assumptions. Test them. Write them down. Learn your lessons and improve.
Don’t think some magic strategy is gonna give you what experience gives you.
Even if someone hands you a strategy that works, do you have the experience behind how that strategy was built?
Do you?
By using it, you could acquire that experience and refine the strategy yourself.
But having your own strategy, built your own way, would be way more interesting.
Because at the end of the day, a strategy can be learned.
Experience has to be earned.
