El Salvador’s Bitcoin holdings have surpassed 7,800 BTC, showing that its long-term crypto strategy remains in the spotlight. 🚀
My unique thought: Most investors panic when Bitcoin drops, but El Salvador is playing a different game — thinking beyond daily price movements and focusing on long-term adoption.
But here’s the real question: Is this bold vision building a stronger financial future, or exposing a nation to Bitcoin’s volatility? 🤔
💡 Holding BTC is easy when the market is green. True conviction gets tested when the market turns red!
What do you think — smart long-term strategy or risky national experiment? 👇
BTC has been stuck in a tight range between $81.15K and $81.8K since Friday.
Sellers pushed price below the range twice, to $80.78K and then $80.75K this morning, but buyers bought both dips straight back. Those were stop hunts, not breakdowns.
Now price is pressing into the range high again.
What I’m watching: 🟢 A 15m close above $81.8K opens the way to $82.3K (the big resistance zone) 🔴 A rejection from $81.8K brings BTC back to $81.2K, and a break below that targets the $80.8K lows
The bigger picture is unchanged: $82.25K–82.65K is still the level BTC needs to clear for a real move up.
The coin has reacted to the $9.60 VAL volume level. This gives it the momentum to start a new uptrend if it remains above this level. The main target for the coin’s rise is to break through the $11.10 POC volume level.
My perspective: The real question is not how much Bitcoin short-term holders own, but how long they are willing to hold it when volatility strikes.
If short-term holders control 4.08 million BTC, their behavior could influence near-term market volatility. If prices rise, some may take profits and create selling pressure. If confidence grows and they continue holding, it could support bullish momentum.
The key insight: Short-term holders can amplify both sides of the market. Their holdings alone do not confirm a bull run or a crash. We also need to watch exchange inflows, realized profits and losses, trading volume, and Bitcoin's price structure.
Latest market angle: Short-term holders have accumulated roughly 422,000 BTC since the July 29 low, but buying momentum has slowed. Their estimated average cost basis is around $74,900, making that level important to monitor for potential selling pressure.
My conclusion: Bitcoin's next move depends on whether new buyers keep absorbing supply or start taking profits. Don't confuse rising holdings with a guaranteed price increase.
