"Here Are the Two Key Fibonacci Barriers XRP Must Breach Before Hitting $2"
#XRP would need to breach two important Fibonacci barriers before bulls can push prices toward the elusive $2 level. XRP is trying to regain its upward momentum after the latest market-wide sell-off, rising above $1.30 to trade at $1.3232 at the time of writing. The token has gained 2.19% on the current weekly candle, but still faces major resistance before it can return to $2. An analysis of the weekly chart shows two key Fibonacci retracement levels at $1.6198 and $1.8939 that XRP must break above to strengthen its recovery and move closer to the $2 mark. The XRP Fibonacci Structure The weekly Fibonacci retracement measures XRP’s decline from its 2025 peak of $3.67 to the August 2026 low of $0.9764. This range identifies several price levels that traders can watch as potential resistance during a recovery. Above the current price, the main levels are the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement at $1.6198, the 0.5 level at $1.8939, the 0.33 level at $2.3725, and the 0.236 level at $2.6872. XRP dropped below $2 during the week ending Jan. 25, 2026, and has remained below that level since then. Throughout the year, the token has struggled to recover from the lower end of this price range. It now trades just above the 0.786 Fibonacci level at $1.2965, which serves as immediate support for the current rebound. If XRP falls below this level, the next support sits at the 0.888 retracement of $1.1326. The 1.0 Fibonacci level at $0.9764 marks the bottom of the range. XRP came close to testing this level in August 2026, when its price fell to $0.98 before buyers stepped in and stopped the decline. First XRP Fibonacci Barrier The first major hurdle on XRP’s path to $2 is the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement at $1.6198, called the golden ratio. Sellers often become more active around this level, and this makes it harder for prices to continue rising. From its current price of $1.3232, XRP needs to gain approximately 22% to reach this area. Recent price movements show why this level could prove difficult to overcome. XRP climbed to $1.6581 in late September 2026, but sellers soon pushed the price below $1.50. This decline suggests that selling pressure remains strong around that region. A weekly close above $1.62 would provide a stronger sign that buyers are gaining control and that the market structure may be changing. Until XRP achieves that close, the $1.6198 area remains a major barrier to further gains. The Second XRP Fibonacci Barrier If XRP breaks above the 0.618 Fibonacci level, its next major challenge will be the 0.5 retracement at $1.8939. This midpoint of the measured price range could attract increased buying and selling as traders respond to XRP approaching the $2 mark. To reach $1.8939, XRP would need to rise approximately 43% from its current price of $1.3232. A move above this level would clear the final major Fibonacci hurdle before $2 and strengthen the case for a continued recovery. The ongoing Ripple Swell conference in New York City could also affect market sentiment during the current weekly candle. The event is the largest in Ripple history and features more than 75 speakers from institutions such as BNY and Nasdaq. Major announcements from the conference could renew interest in XRP and help push its price toward $1.6198, followed by a possible move toward $1.8939. If XRP clears $2, the next Fibonacci levels to watch are $2.3725 and $2.6872, which correspond to the 0.33 and 0.236 retracements, respectively. Technical Indicators Show Weakening Trend Meanwhile, the weekly MACD histogram remains green, suggesting that XRP still has some upward momentum. However, the bars are getting smaller, and this indicates that buying pressure is weakening rather than growing. The MACD line stands at 0.0267, while the signal line is at -0.0173. Although the positive histogram leaves room for further gains, its shrinking bars suggest that buyers need to regain strength to support a move toward the first Fibonacci resistance at $1.6198. The Directional Movement Index (DMI) also shows signs of weakening bullish momentum. The positive directional indicator (+DI) stands at 22.52 and is declining, while the negative directional indicator (-DI) reads 19.93 and is gradually rising. As the two indicators move closer together, the gap between buying and selling pressure narrows, suggesting that buyers are losing some control. Meanwhile, the Average Directional Index (ADX) stands at 23.07 and is trending lower, indicating that the current trend lacks strength in either direction. #CryptoNewsCommunity
"Cardano 22M ADA Copper Reserve Proposal Faces Constitutional Hurdles Ahead of Deadline"
Cardano’s real-world asset (RWA) ambitions face a governance test as constitutional objections challenge a proposal to invest over 20 million ADA tokens in physical copper. Dubbed the #Cardano Strategic Copper Reserve, the proposal was submitted by Toto Finance and seeks to purchase copper cathodes and represent the physical metal on-chain through CuTT tokens. How Toto Finance Plans to Build a Copper Reserve Submitted on October 15, Toto Finance Inc.’s proposal requests a one-time withdrawal of 22 million ADA tokens from Cardano’s treasury, with the company acting as the accountable administrator. Approximately two-thirds of the requested capital will be allocated toward acquiring high-grade copper, which will be kept in an authorized domestic warehouse. Every validated pound of this copper backing will represent one CuTT token. Under the plan, Toto Finance would hold the copper for up to two years before conducting a controlled sale. The company would then return the net proceeds and any unused funds to the treasury within 36 months. However, the proposal does not guarantee the recovery of the original ADA or any profit. It estimates a break-even copper price of $10.06 per pound if all stated fee ceilings apply, compared with an illustrative entry price of $6.73. Constitutional Committee Flags Two Compliance Issues Despite the proposal’s investment objectives, two Constitutional Committee members voted against it on October 22 and October 23, respectively. They cited two constitutional concerns. First, the proposal’s documentation is hosted on the proposer’s website. The committee members argue that Cardano’s Constitution requires governance documents to remain immutable after submission. Although a cryptographic hash can detect changes, it cannot prevent the website operator from replacing the published document. Second, the receiving account delegates to the “abstain” option while also delegating to a stake pool. The members consider this arrangement unconstitutional. Additionally, one member questioned Toto Finance’s position as the sole administrator, noting that independent checks on how the company uses the funds have yet to be appointed. The proposal needs at least two-thirds of the Constitutional Committee to find it constitutional. At the time of writing, five members had yet to vote. DRep Voting Signals Early Resistance Meanwhile, voting among delegated representatives (DReps) also shows limited support for the proposal. According to the latest figures, 32.8% of DRep votes oppose the action, while only 0.32% support it. The remaining 66.87% have yet to vote. Nevertheless, voting remains open, meaning the figures could change before the November 15, 2026, deadline. Unfinished Arrangements Add to Implementation Risks Beyond the constitutional objections, several aspects of the proposed investment remain conditional. For instance, a U.S. PwC member firm is the preferred independent oversight provider, but Toto Finance has not yet engaged it. Similarly, the Cardano Foundation’s Reeve reporting layer remains a proposal, while audit mandates and security reviews for the Ethereum-to-Cardano bridge remain outstanding implementation milestones. Under the proposed structure, the treasury-funded CuTT tranche would be locked in Ethereum escrow, with corresponding bridged tokens issued on Cardano. Consequently, the arrangement introduces additional requirements for verifying the physical copper, securing the underlying assets, and ensuring that the on-chain tokens accurately represent the metal held in custody. Although the proposal permits submission before the relevant contracts are finalized, it requires disclosure of their status. Toto Finance’s CEO is scheduled to discuss the proposal with the Cardano Foundation’s governance lead during “Cardano Governance Hour #12” on October 28. Meanwhile, the governance action remains open for voting until November 15, 2026. Cardano’s RWA Support Notably, the proposal tests whether Cardano can pursue its RWA ambitions without compromising its constitutional safeguards. The current voting figures indicate resistance, while the outstanding compliance and implementation issues add further uncertainty. Nevertheless, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has strongly advocated RWA tokenization, describing it as a major driver of growth for the crypto sector over the next five years. The Cardano Foundation has also participated in RWA initiatives involving the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), MembersCap, and Archax. However, the broader push toward tokenization does not resolve the specific constitutional and operational questions facing the copper reserve proposal. #CryptonewswithJack
"Crypto Price Analysis, ETH, XRP, PEPE, HYPE and NEAR, October 28"
PEPE leads gains as XRP clears resistance and Hyperliquid confirms a MACD crossover. October 28 analysis covers ETH, XRP, PEPE, HYPE and NEAR price levels. Ethereum Rebounds Below Two Falling Averages Ethereum closed Tuesday at $2,347.34, gaining 1.16% after trading between $2,294.34 and $2,361.69. Both its high and low exceeded Monday’s, and the close recovered Monday’s $2,340.93 high. That marks an improvement after the weekend retreat, although broader resistance remains overhead. The daily 20-period exponential moving average fell to $2,429.58 from $2,438.24. The 50-day EMA declined to $2,452.78 from $2,457.08. Price remained below both, with the faster average still beneath the slower one. Tuesday did not produce a bullish moving-average crossover. The latest completed four-hour close stood above its 20-period EMA at $2,337.88 but below its 50-period EMA at $2,369.66. The short-term rebound has therefore recovered one trend reference without clearing the next. A daily close above $2,368.33–$2,387.07 would recover the weekend highs and improve the approach to $2,414.63. Reclaiming the daily average zone near $2,429.58–$2,452.78 would provide stronger evidence of trend repair. A close below $2,294.34 would weaken Tuesday’s higher-low structure and expose Monday’s $2,290.71 low. Losing Saturday’s $2,279.80 low would invalidate the weekend floor. The latest price was 2.60% above the $2,301.92 recorded in our October 26 report. XRP Clears Its First Hurdle but Trails the Bollinger Midpoint XRP closed Tuesday at $1.32994, up 1.78%, after reaching $1.33287. That confirmed a close above the $1.31383 resistance highlighted in Tuesday’s report. It also finished just $0.00004 above the upper edge of the next $1.32950–$1.32990 zone, leaving little margin for treating that second area as securely recovered. Daily Bollinger Bands, using a 20-day simple average and two population standard deviations, placed the midpoint at $1.33456. It declined from $1.33911, while the upper and lower bands stood at $1.40901 and $1.26012. Tuesday’s close remained just below the falling midpoint. Short-term price action was stronger. The latest completed four-hour candle closed above its upper band at $1.32572. That shows an upside expansion on the shorter timeframe, rather than proof that the daily trend has reversed. The latest price of $1.34 was above the daily midpoint, but that move belongs to an unfinished daily session. A daily close above the midpoint and Tuesday’s high would strengthen the recovery toward $1.34473 and then $1.36865. A close back below $1.31383 would weaken the confirmed breakout. Further losses would expose Tuesday’s $1.28908 low and Monday’s $1.27106 low. Losing the weekend floor at $1.25330 would invalidate the broader recovery base. PEPE Momentum Strengthens Ahead of Its October High PEPE closed Tuesday at $0.000004600, gaining 6.83% after reaching $0.000004615. The close was near the session high and above Monday’s $0.000004459 high, confirming a recovery from the early-week pullback. The daily 14-period RSI, calculated with Wilder smoothing, climbed to 58.35 from 52.16. Momentum strengthened above the neutral 50 level without reaching the conventional overbought threshold of 70. Four-hour RSI stood at 60.77 on the latest completed candle, showing positive momentum on both timeframes. The latest price of $0.000004930 was above Tuesday’s high, but the additional rise had not yet been confirmed by a daily close. The October 23 high at $0.000005108 remains the more significant overhead reference after last week’s advance failed to hold there. A daily close above $0.000004790, the October 21 high, would strengthen the approach to $0.000005108. Clearing the latter would establish a new high in the latest 30-day range and bring the September 22 high of $0.000005353 into focus. A close back below $0.000004459 would weaken Tuesday’s breakout. Support then sits at $0.000004255 and $0.000004206. Losing the latter, Monday’s low, would invalidate the immediate rebound structure despite the higher RSI reading. Hyperliquid Confirms a Bullish Daily MACD Crossover Hyperliquid closed Tuesday at $81.19, up 3.80%, after reaching $81.81. The close exceeded Monday’s $80.60 high, extending the recovery from Saturday’s $74.33 low. Daily MACD, using 12- and 26-period exponential moving averages and a nine-period signal EMA, crossed above its signal on the completed Tuesday candle. The line reached −2.0994 against a −2.1181 signal, turning the histogram positive at 0.0187 from −0.3307. This is a confirmed line-signal crossover, although the gap is narrow and both lines remain below zero. It indicates improving momentum without establishing that the broader decline has fully reversed. The latest completed four-hour MACD was stronger, with a positive line and a histogram of 0.5388. The $78.85 resistance discussed in Monday’s report has now been recovered at the daily close. The next price test is $81.81, followed by the October 21 high of $82.45. A daily close above $82.45 would clear the latest seven-day high and strengthen the recovery. A close below $80.60 would weaken the newest breakout. Tuesday’s $77.02 low is the next downside reference, followed by Monday’s $74.88 low. Losing $74.33 would invalidate the recovery from the weekend floor, regardless of whether MACD had already crossed back below its signal. NEAR Tests Its 20-Day Average Without Holding Above It NEAR closed Tuesday at $4.6770, up 3.88%, after trading as high as $4.7980. The high exceeded the $4.7062 resistance followed in Tuesday’s report, but the close remained below it. That was an intraday break, not a confirmed daily breakout. The 20-day exponential moving average declined to $4.7954, while the 50-day EMA rose to $4.3065. Tuesday’s high briefly crossed the faster average before price closed back beneath it. The two averages remain in bullish order, but price has yet to recover the shorter trend reference. The latest completed four-hour close was above its 20-period EMA at $4.5681 and slightly below its 50-period EMA at $4.6973. Short-term recovery is progressing, but that second average remained unrecovered at the candle close. The latest price of $4.72 was 6.79% above the $4.42 recorded in Tuesday’s report. A daily close above $4.7980 would clear the latest high and the current 20-day EMA area, strengthening the approach to $5.0075. A close below Tuesday’s $4.3824 low would weaken the rebound and expose $4.3474, followed by the rising 50-day EMA. Losing Saturday’s $4.2501 low would invalidate the consolidation floor. Until price holds above the shorter daily average, the advance remains a recovery within the recent pullback. #CryptoNewss
SK hynix (NASDAQ: $SKHY) Jumps 8% as Record Q3 Revenue Tops KRW 100 Trillion.
SK hynix shares jumped more than 8% in Wednesday’s premarket trading after the South Korean chipmaker reported record third-quarter revenue of KRW 104.62 trillion, up 328% from a year earlier. Operating profit rose 632% to KRW 83.33 trillion, while its operating margin hit a record 80%. Both results beat analyst estimates.
The company credited strong demand for AI-related memory chips and rising memory prices for its growth. SK hynix also began mass production and shipments of its next-generation HBM4 memory. In addition, it plans to return approximately KRW 100 trillion to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks for fiscal 2026.
Broadcom (NASDAQ: $AVGO) Rises 2.37% After $63 Billion Deal to Finance AI Equipment for Anthropic.
Broadcom shares rose 2.37% to $337 in Tuesday’s premarket trading after Citi, Blackstone, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley announced a $63 billion financing deal to purchase Broadcom’s AI chips and networking equipment for Anthropic. The deal will finance approximately 1.7 gigawatts of computing capacity, with equipment deliveries expected to begin in 2027.
Under the arrangement, a newly established special purpose vehicle will purchase the equipment and lease it to Anthropic Broadcom will also provide financial support to protect senior lenders if the equipment loses value.
DoorDash shares rose 0.43% in Tuesday’s premarket trading after reports that the company is in advanced talks to acquire grocery-delivery rival Instacart (NASDAQ: CART) in a potential $17 billion deal. The Wall Street Journal and Reuters reported that an agreement could be reached as early as Wednesday, although negotiations could still fall apart.
The proposed valuation is about 42% above Instacart’s estimated $12 billion market capitalization before the reports emerged. Meanwhile, DoorDash shares fell 6.10% on Monday after declining 3.53% on Friday, while Instacart gained 7.87% on Monday following a 9.21% rise on Friday. Neither company has confirmed a deal, and the payment details have not been disclosed.
#XRP may fall below $1 again after showing a bearish signal that previously led to a 30% price drop, according to crypto analyst ChartNerd. In a post on X, ChartNerd said XRP formed a daily 20/50 EMA death cross on October 19. This occurs when the 20-day exponential moving average (EMA) falls below the 50-day EMA, signaling weakening price momentum. The analyst noted that XRP has struggled to recover above both moving averages, raising concerns about another potential price decline. XRP Could Drop Below $1 Again ChartNerd compared the current signal with a similar one observed between May and August, when XRP fell from around $1.40 to below $1.00, marking a drop of roughly 30%. The price later rebounded to $1.70 in August and $1.60 in September following a 20% dip. Now that XRP has formed another death cross and remains below both moving averages, the analyst warns that the price could fall toward or even below $1 if history repeats itself. XRP is currently trading at $1.30, down 15% over the past month. XRP’s Next Move Depends on Breaking Above Key Levels XRP’s next move depends on whether it can rise above its short-term moving averages. If it succeeds, the price could recover. However, if it continues to struggle, XRP may fall further. The previous 30% drop illustrates what happened the last time XRP formed this bearish signal, but it does not guarantee that the same scenario will play out again. XRP Flashes a Buy Signal Interestingly, XRP has flashed a buy signal on its three-day chart, according to crypto analyst Ali Martinez, raising hopes of a potential price rebound. In a post on X, Martinez said the TD Sequential indicator had signaled a possible buying opportunity for XRP. The TD Sequential is a technical indicator that traders use to identify potential trend reversals. He noted that the last three similar signals were followed by price rebounds of 31%, 24%, and 18%, respectively. However, XRP’s next move depends on what happens around the $1.25 level. Martinez said that if XRP stays above $1.25, it could recover toward $1.40. Losing $1.25 Could Send XRP to $0.98 On the other hand, if XRP falls below $1.25, its price could drop toward $0.98, Martinez warned. He added that the risk could increase if large XRP holders, often called whales, continue selling to take profits. Notably, XRP dipped to $0.98 in August but surged 70% days later. However, that rally eventually lost momentum, and the price is now at $1.30, amid renewed fears of a fall below $1. For now, traders will be watching to see whether XRP can hold the $1.25 level, which was already tested over the weekend. The price has yet to fully recover from that test. #CryptonewswithJack
Retail $XRP Wallets Holding 1K–100K Tokens Hit Record 1.13 Million.
The number of retail XRP wallets holding 1,000 to 100,000 tokens has reached a record 1,138,510, according to Glassnode data. These wallets now hold a combined 10.86 billion XRP, up from 10.48 billion at the start of 2026. They have accumulated about 380 million XRP this year, showing continued growth in retail holdings despite the recent market decline.
SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: $SOFI) Jumps Over 10% as Strong Q3 Earnings Boost Outlook.
SoFi Technologies shares climbed more than 10% to $15.96 in premarket trading Tuesday after the company posted record results for the third quarter of 2026. Adjusted net revenue grew 44% year over year to $1.37 billion, while adjusted EBITDA reached $470 million, up 70%. Earnings per share came in at $0.18, above analysts’ forecast of $0.17.
Following the strong results, SoFi raised its 2026 adjusted net revenue target to $5.04 billion and its adjusted earnings-per-share forecast to $0.61. Looking ahead to 2027, the company expects adjusted net revenue of $6.4 billion and adjusted earnings of $0.90 per share. Its membership base also expanded, with 1.2 million new members joining during the quarter to bring the total to 17.1 million, a 35% increase from a year earlier
"Bitcoin Records Three Consecutive Red Weekly Candles for First Time Since May"
#Bitcoin has recorded three consecutive weekly losses for the first time since May 2026, raising concerns that BTC could repeat the sharp correction that followed a similar pattern earlier this year. Crypto trader ‘That Martini Guy’ highlighted the development, noting that Bitcoin was approaching its third consecutive red weekly candle. He also drew attention to the previous occurrence in May, when a similar losing streak preceded a complete retracement of Bitcoin’s early second-quarter rally. Bitcoin Records Three Consecutive Weekly Losses Bitcoin’s latest downturn has now extended across three consecutive weeks as of the time of writing. During the first losing week, from October 5 to October 11, BTC fell from an opening price of $86,490 to close at $83,679. The selling pressure continued the following week, from October 12 to October 18, pushing Bitcoin down to $82,002. Subsequently, the third consecutive weekly decline, spanning October 19 to October 25, drove the cryptocurrency further lower to $80,048. These consecutive losses have heightened concerns about Bitcoin’s near-term direction, particularly because the pattern resembles the sequence that preceded a deeper correction in May. May Pattern Raises Concerns About Further Losses In May 2026, Bitcoin also recorded three consecutive red weekly candles as it retraced its early second-quarter rally. However, the decline did not end there, as BTC suffered a fourth consecutive weekly loss. Notably, the fourth candle produced the steepest decline in that sequence. Bitcoin fell from an opening price of $73,568 to close at $63,316, representing a 13.93% weekly loss. This historical pattern has raised concerns that Bitcoin could experience another substantial decline if the current selling pressure persists. Nevertheless, the similarity between the two sequences does not guarantee that the market will follow the same trajectory. Meanwhile, a new trading week has begun, with Bitcoin recovering slightly from its weekly opening price of $80,048 to trade at $80,396 at the time of writing. Despite this modest rebound, the cryptocurrency remains vulnerable to further losses if bearish momentum persists. CryptoLinus Identifies $80,700 as Key Support Meanwhile, crypto analyst CryptoLinus has outlined a bearish scenario for Bitcoin if selling pressure intensifies around a key price level. According to Linus, Bitcoin swept a significant liquidity cluster around $84,900 last week before retracing sharply to $79,100. It subsequently traded sideways over the weekend, following the price action CryptoLinus had anticipated. Looking ahead, the analyst highlighted $80,700 as a critical level, noting that Bitcoin had recorded 37 consecutive daily closes above that threshold. CryptoLinus expects further downside if BTC fails to close above this level while selling pressure remains elevated. If Bitcoin fails to close above the level, he identifies $75,000 as the next region to watch. However, this remains a conditional projection rather than a confirmed price target. #CryptoNewss
"Cardano Zigzag Pattern Points to Potential Drop to $0.15 This Year"
Market commentator Kevin Mercer has warned that #Cardano holders could face another round of sharp price swings in the coming months. Mercer described Cardano’s price behavior as a cycle of ‘pumping hard, dumping harder,’ and then moving on as if nothing happened. His commentary highlights the volatility that has characterized Cardano’s recent price movements. Chart Projects Further Decline Toward $0.15 Mercer’s accompanying TradingView chart illustrates the projected zigzag pattern. It first highlights ADA’s recovery from the $0.14 level in late June to $0.28 in early October 2026. However, ADA subsequently reversed direction and began a sharp pullback. At the time of the analysis, ADA traded around $0.217. The red-shaded section projects further downside, with several short-lived rebounds followed by renewed declines. This pattern suggests that ADA could fall toward $0.15 in late 2026 or early 2027. Potential Recovery Could Follow Despite projecting further downside, Mercer’s chart also depicts a potential recovery after the anticipated correction. It extends into the first quarter of 2027 and suggests that ADA could regain ground toward $0.27. Besides Mercer, other analysts are anticipating Cardano’s potential decline before a recovery. Over the weekend, popular stake pool operator Sssebi expressed a similar view. Acknowledging the bearish sentiment surrounding Cardano, Sssebi suggested that ADA could experience a significant dip followed by a massive rebound this week. In his view, the potential decline could give investors an opportunity to buy ADA at discounted prices ahead of a subsequent rally. Other Bearish Projections For Cardano Beyond predictions of a temporary decline followed by a rebound, bearish projections for Cardano have also gained traction recently. Analyst V warned that ADA could revisit its June 2026 low and fall below $0.14 if it breaks beneath the ascending channel it has maintained since July. Similarly, prominent analyst Ali Martinez projected a potential downside target of $0.166, reinforcing concerns about further weakness in ADA’s price. Nonetheless, these projections represent possible scenarios rather than confirmed outcomes. Neither Mercer’s chart nor the other analysts’ forecasts establish that ADA will reach the projected lows or subsequently recover to their anticipated targets. At press time, ADA had fallen below $0.21 to $0.2021, down 1.47% over the past 24 hours and 8.34% over the past week. #CryptoNews🚀🔥V
"IREN Stock Falls as Musk Warns of Neocloud Failures, Says SpaceX Won’t Buy Them"
Shares of IREN Ltd. (NASDAQ: IREN), an AI cloud and data-center operator, fell more than 4% to $23.90 in premarket trading Monday after Elon Musk warned that hundreds of specialized AI cloud providers could go out of business or be forced to merge. Musk also ruled out SpaceX acquiring any neocloud companies. The decline coincided with share-price declines in fellow AI infrastructure companies CoreWeave (CRWV) and Nebius Group (NBIS). In a Sunday post on X, Musk said lenders had nearly stopped providing financing to companies without substantial revenue outside AI data centers. He predicted that more than 200 neocloud providers would face what he called “guppy-level death and consolidation,” adding that only a small number would survive. Responding to speculation that his comments were intended to push down neocloud stock prices ahead of potential acquisitions, Musk wrote, “SpaceX is not buying any neoclouds. Pointless.” Musk also said SpaceX had closed $40 billion in debt financing to purchase graphics processing units, or GPUs, used in AI computing. He attributed the company’s access to borrowing to its investment-grade credit rating and revenue from Starlink satellite services and rocket launches. However, Bloomberg reported that discussions over the debt’s pricing remained ongoing as of late Sunday and that the financing had not yet been priced, despite Musk’s statement that the deal had closed. IREN Shares Trade Below Previous 52-Week Low in Premarket IREN shares had already fallen about 47%, from $47.05 on September 23 to $24.905 at Friday’s close. Monday’s $23.90 premarket quote placed the stock nearly 69% below its 52-week high of $76.87 and below the previous regular-session 52-week low of $24.855, recorded October 22. Short interest in IREN stood at 81.65 million shares as of September 30, up from 55.88 million at the end of March but below the 98.22 million shares reported at the end of July. Separately, IREN Limited Tokenized bStocks (IRENB) was trading at $23.91, down 3.28% over 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap. The tokenized instrument’s 24-hour performance is separate from the Nasdaq-listed shares’ premarket movement. Gartner Forecasts Widespread Neocloud Consolidation by 2030 Musk’s warning followed an October 14 Gartner report predicting that more than 80% of neocloud providers would cease operating independently by 2030 because of rising costs and insufficient differences between competing business models. Gartner estimated that spending on AI-optimized infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) would rise from $66 billion in 2027 to $174 billion in 2030. Despite that growth, the research firm warned that most AI computing providers would struggle to recover their infrastructure investments before the current generation of AI chips is replaced. The forecast concerns the industry’s loss of independent operators, including through consolidation, rather than necessarily the closure of every affected business. It does not establish that IREN itself will fail or lose its independence. IREN is scheduled to report its fiscal first-quarter 2027 financial results on November 5, followed by a conference call at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. #CryptonewswithJack
Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) shares fell 8% to $184.19 in Monday’s early trading, extending the stock’s decline to about 25% since the October 21 close after the release of detailed Phase 3 results for its experimental melanoma vaccine developed with Merck (NYSE: MRK). The October 26 decline extended a two-session selloff that began when embargoed INTerpath-001 findings leaked online on October 22. Merck and Moderna officially disclosed the results later that day, ahead of the trial’s October 24 presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid.
The trial enrolled 1,137 patients with high-risk stage IIB–IV melanoma that had been completely removed by surgery. The trial showed that intismeran autogene, combined with Merck’s immunotherapy drug Keytruda, reduced the risk of melanoma recurrence or death by 42% compared with Keytruda alone.
"XRP Price Forecast Based on 8.5-Year Cup-and-Handle"
XRP’s 8.5-year cup-and-handle is nearing a key test, with support intact and $3.30 separating the current setup from a larger breakout. XRP’s long-term chart is developing an approximately 8.5-year cup-and-handle structure, with Fibonacci extensions mapping potential upside levels at $8.47, $13.70 and $27.31 if the formation eventually confirms. However, the chart does not suggest XRP can move directly toward those levels from its current price. The developing handle remains incomplete, lower support zones are still relevant, and XRP would ultimately need to overcome the roughly $3.30 neckline before the larger bullish structure could be considered confirmed. XRP is currently trading near $1.29, below the approximately $1.47 price shown when the attached chart was captured. XRP’s Cup Has Been Developing Since the 2018 Peak The blue structure on the chart traces XRP’s long decline and recovery following its 2018 cycle high. Prices initially collapsed from the previous peak before spending several years establishing a rounded base. XRP then gradually recovered through subsequent cycles, eventually returning toward the same upper price region during the 2025 advance. That creates the broad cup portion of the formation. The upper boundary sits around the $3.30 region. In a conventional cup-and-handle interpretation, that level functions as the neckline or breakout barrier. Until XRP clears that area convincingly, the chart remains a developing structure rather than a completed bullish breakout. The decline following the 2025 peak represents the potential handle. Rather than requiring price to move immediately higher, a handle normally involves a retracement or consolidation beneath the previous high before another breakout attempt. $0.89 and $0.64 Form the Main Support Zone The chart identifies two Fibonacci retracement levels beneath the current market. The first sits at the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement near $0.89426, while the deeper 0.618 retracement appears near $0.64245. These levels form the green support zone highlighted on the right side of the chart. From XRP’s current price around $1.29, a move to $0.89 would represent approximately 31% downside, while a decline to $0.64 would amount to roughly 50%, based on our calculations. A drop into this region would therefore be substantial, but under the chart’s interpretation, it would not automatically destroy the multi-year cup-and-handle setup. Instead, the zone is presented as a possible area where the handle could establish its eventual low. A decisive failure below the deeper support would weaken the structure considerably. Gaussian Retests Have Repeated Across XRP’s Long-Term Trend Another important element is the rising red curve running beneath XRP’s long-term price action. The chart highlights several historical interactions with this Gaussian trend measure, including retests around the 2017, 2020, 2022-2023 and 2025 periods. Green circles mark areas where XRP approached or interacted with this long-term support before subsequently moving higher. The current projection suggests XRP could again approach the rising Gaussian area while completing the handle. This does not establish that another rebound must occur. Rather, the repeated historical retests are being used to identify a potential confluence between the long-term trend line and the Fibonacci support region. XRP Must Break $3.30 Before $8.47 Comes Into Play The most important bullish confirmation lies well above current prices. XRP would first need to recover from the developing handle and break through the approximately $3.30 neckline. At today’s price near $1.29, XRP would need to gain roughly 156% just to reach that region. Only after a sustained neckline breakout would the Fibonacci extension levels become meaningful as technical upside objectives. The chart maps: 1.272 extension: $8.472911.414 extension: $13.696881.618 extension: $27.30768 These same levels have previously been identified in coverage of this long-term XRP structure. From the current price, those levels would represent extremely large advances. However, they are technical extensions rather than forecasts with fixed timelines or guaranteed outcomes. The sequence therefore matters more than the targets themselves. XRP first needs to preserve the handle structure, avoid losing the deeper $0.64 support region, recover toward the prior highs and eventually establish a breakout above roughly $3.30. Without that neckline confirmation, the $8.47, $13.70 and $27.31 levels remain conditional projections rather than activated targets. #CryptoNewsFlash
Daily XRP transactions have climbed to a new six-month high above 3.7 million, showing a recovery in network activity despite the continued price decline. The increase comes as XRP struggles to regain lost ground in October amid growing pressure across the broader crypto market.
Nebius Group shares fell about 4% to $152.74 in premarket trading Monday, extending their October decline. The drop comes after the company announced a $3.5 billion Citi loan on October 22 to fund data center expansion, GPU purchases and other corporate needs.
The loan has a 364-day term, with its interest margin rising every 90 days. Concerns about debt in the AI infrastructure sector have added pressure, while Elon Musk warned that specialized AI cloud providers could face failures and consolidation as financing becomes harder to secure.
On-chain data from Glassnode’s #XRP Cost Basis Distribution Heatmap (CBDH) shows that a large amount of XRP could face selling pressure if the price recovers. Specifically, the XRP Cost Basis data reveals that approximately 2.5 billion tokens last changed hands around $1.61, which could create a potential resistance level whenever the price tries to rebound above current levels. XRP Cost Basis Heatmap Shows Supply Clusters For context, the Cost Basis Distribution Heatmap tracks the prices at which XRP last changed hands on the blockchain. When someone transfers XRP, the tokens take on a new cost basis based on the market price at that time. This helps show where holders acquired their tokens and which price levels could attract selling as the market recovers. With XRP currently trading at $1.30, Glassnode’s data shows that the largest supply cluster at press time sits between $1.6073 and $1.6235, where 2,528,195,406 XRP last changed hands. This is the largest concentration within a single price range on the heatmap, which makes it an important level to watch during XRP’s next recovery attempt. The Wall at $1.61 The XRP Cost Basis Heatmap shows that the tokens in this cluster last changed hands when XRP traded around $1.61. This activity coincided with a brief price surge on Sept. 25, when XRP reached $1.6288 before closing at $1.5680. The token recorded a 2.19% gain that day, but the price soon reversed and continued falling over the following weeks. XRP remained under pressure throughout October and reached a low of $1.2550 on Oct. 18. The price later rebounded to $1.40 three days afterward, but the recovery did not last. XRP fell back toward $1.30, leaving the 2,528,195,406 tokens acquired around $1.61 at an unrealized loss of approximately 19%. These losses could affect how holders respond if XRP begins to recover. Those who bought around $1.61 may prefer to hold their tokens instead of selling at a loss. However, if the price returns to their entry level, some could choose to sell and recover their initial investment. With more than 2.5 billion XRP concentrated around this price, those potential sales could create strong resistance. The cluster represents the largest supply concentration on the entire heatmap, and this makes $1.61 a key level XRP may need to break above before it can sustain a stronger recovery. XRP Cost Basis Reveals Heavy Wall Further Up The XRP Cost Basis data also identifies another large supply cluster between $1.8497 and $1.8683, where approximately 1.948 billion XRP last changed hands. This is the second-largest concentration on the heatmap and could create another challenge if XRP manages to move above $1.61. XRP last traded within this range on Jan. 29, when its price briefly climbed to $1.9106 before falling to $1.8055 by the close. The decline marked a 5.40% loss for the day. Selling continued afterward, pushing XRP down to $1.11 on Feb. 6 before the price began to stabilize. The time XRP has spent below $1.85 could also influence holders’ decisions. Investors who bought around this level have spent most of 2026 holding tokens worth less than their purchase prices. If XRP returns to this range, some may sell to recover their investments instead of risking further losses. This means the $1.8497-$1.8683 range could bring additional selling pressure. XRP would need strong buying demand to absorb those potential sales and continue rising after clearing the resistance around $1.61. Support Below the Current Price Below current prices, the XRP Cost Basis Heatmap shows fewer large supply clusters. No single cluster between the current price and $0.98 contains more than 1 billion XRP. This means the supply supporting the price below its current level is less concentrated than the supply that could create resistance above it. However, two clusters near $1.30 could offer some support in the short term. The first sits between $1.2889 and $1.3019, where 786,277,988 XRP last changed hands. Since this range is close to the current price, it could become an important area amid the ongoing pullback. Another cluster sits just below it, between $1.2760 and $1.2889, and contains 681,794,673 XRP. This range could provide a second level of support if XRP falls below the first cluster. #CryptoNewsFlash
"Cardano Price Could Fall to $0.14 as Elliott Wave Expert Flags Another Potential Bottom"
Elliott Wave analyst V has warned that #Cardano has yet to reach its final bottom, raising the possibility of another decline if ADA breaks below a key technical support level. V identified Cardano as a strong candidate for a cryptocurrency that could establish a new low. Notably, he emphasized that a breakdown below the lower boundary of its ascending price channel could strengthen this bearish outlook. Cardano Risks Falling to $0.14 V’s accompanying chart shows Cardano trading within an ascending channel since it reached a low of $0.1384 in June 2026. The pattern consists of two upward-sloping trendlines, with the lower boundary providing support during previous pullbacks. However, ADA has recently approached this lower trendline after retreating from the $0.28 region in early October. At the time of the analysis, it traded around $0.217, placing it near a critical support area. Moreover, V’s chart projects a potential decline toward $0.14 if ADA decisively breaks below the channel. He marked this level as “confirmation,” suggesting that a deeper correction could validate the bearish scenario. Despite this outlook, V indicated a willingness to buy ADA again if the cryptocurrency establishes another low. Previous Drop to $0.14 For context, Cardano last traded around $0.14 in late June 2026, when its price plunged to approximately $0.1384. Rising tensions within the ecosystem, including reports of founder Charles Hoskinson taking a short break from the project, contributed to the market uncertainty surrounding ADA. Cardano subsequently recovered from that low, climbing toward $0.28 this month before retreating alongside the broader cryptocurrency market. Although some market participants may believe ADA has already experienced the worst of its downturn, V’s analysis suggests that a breakdown below the ascending channel could trigger another decline toward the June low. Ali Martinez Also Warns of a Cardano Breakdown Meanwhile, V is not the only analyst anticipating further downside for Cardano. Market analyst Ali Martinez has also issued a warning that ADA could face a deeper correction. He noted that Cardano traded within a rising parallel channel from late June, climbing from $0.138 to a high of $0.282. However, he indicated that ADA had broken below the channel’s lower boundary following the token’s drop below $0.22, signaling that a correction could be underway. Martinez further identified $0.220 as a key resistance level. As long as ADA remains below that threshold, he projects that ADA could face a roughly 20% decline toward $0.166. In the meantime, it remains uncertain whether ADA could experience a significant downturn below $0.20. #CryptoNewsCommunity
#Ripple CTO David Schwartz Says Strong #XRPL Adoption Will Drive #XRP Demand and Value.
Schwartz believes strong adoption of the XRP Ledger (XRPL) in financial services will increase demand for XRP and support its value. He explained that XRP is needed to pay transaction fees and can act as a bridge currency, helping users transfer value between different assets. Schwartz also noted that even if Bitcoin becomes the main settlement asset, XRP could still benefit from activity on the network.
Schwartz argued that burning XRP transaction fees is not the main driver of its price, as the mechanism primarily helps prevent spam. Instead, greater network usage could strengthen XRP’s role in trading and liquidity.
"Crypto Price Analysis, BTC, XRP, NEAR, SOL and ZEC, October 24"
NEAR leads declines as Bitcoin and XRP momentum weakens. October 24 analysis tracks support, resistance and daily signals for BTC, XRP, NEAR, SOL and ZEC. Bitcoin RSI Slips as Price Approaches October Support Bitcoin closed Friday at $81,086.20, down 0.28%, after trading between $80,417.70 and $81,942.70. That followed Thursday’s fall from $84,022.50 to $81,315.90. Friday’s lower high and lower low show that the rebound from the October 15 trough has lost momentum. The 14-day Relative Strength Index, calculated with Wilder smoothing, slipped to 45.26 from 46.04. It has fallen back below the neutral 50 line after reaching 56.72 on Wednesday. The reading indicates weaker momentum without reaching the conventional oversold threshold of 30. The latest completed four-hour candle closed at $80,870.30, with RSI at 37.94. Short-term momentum was therefore weaker than the daily reading, and the early Saturday session had not recovered Friday’s closing price. A daily close above $81,942.70 would recover Friday’s high and improve the approach to $82,542.90, the October 21 low. Clearing that level would strengthen a move toward $83,339.10 and the recent $84,840 high. Conversely, a close below $80,417.70 would expose the October 15 low at $79,709. Losing that low would invalidate the rebound structure followed in this week’s reports. XRP Closes Below Support as Its MACD Gap Widens XRP closed at $1.29326, down 1.13%, after reaching $1.32950 and falling to $1.28051. The close moved beneath the $1.29391 support highlighted in Friday’s report. The day’s high also stopped just short of former support at $1.32990, leaving that area unrecovered. Daily MACD, using 12- and 26-period exponential moving averages with a nine-period signal EMA, remained bearish. The line stood at -0.03385 against a -0.02828 signal. Its histogram widened slightly to -0.00557 from -0.00539, ending the previous session’s modest narrowing of the bearish gap. This is a change in momentum strength, not a new line-signal crossover. The latest four-hour close was $1.28909. Four-hour MACD also remained below its signal, reinforcing the weak short-term picture. Friday’s closing price was 1.13% below the $1.30798 close discussed in the previous report. A daily close above $1.30798 would begin repairing the latest decline. Reclaiming $1.32950–$1.32990 would provide stronger confirmation, with $1.36865 next. A close below $1.28051 would expose the October 18 low at $1.25477. Losing that low would invalidate the current recovery base and bring $1.24610 into focus. NEAR Loses Its Shorter Trend Reference NEAR closed Friday at $4.6848, down 3.95%, after a $4.5816–$5.0075 session. The candle extended Thursday’s decline and traded below the October 18 low at $4.6156, although it recovered above that level before the daily close. That distinguishes the intraday support break from a confirmed closing breakdown. The 20-day exponential moving average declined to $4.9055 from $4.9288. Meanwhile, the 50-day EMA rose to $4.2611 from $4.2438. Price finished between the two, with the faster average still above the slower one. There was no new daily bearish crossover; the immediate weakness is the loss of the 20-day trend reference. Shorter-term conditions were also weak. The latest four-hour close at $4.6317 remained below both its 20-period EMA at $4.8999 and its 50-period EMA at $4.9664. That candle reached $4.5491, extending below Friday’s low before recovering. A daily close above $4.9055 and then $5.0075 would improve the recovery toward $5.3291–$5.4498. A daily close below $4.5491–$4.5816 would strengthen the breakdown toward the October 8 low at $4.2937 and the rising 50-day EMA. Losing both would weaken the broader trend position. The moving-average levels will change with subsequent closes. Solana Remains Below a Falling Bollinger Midpoint Solana closed at $102.71, down 0.80%, after trading as high as $105.13. Friday’s $101.61 low brought price back toward the October 17–18 support area at $101.00–$100.34. The decline followed a midweek recovery to $109.15 that has since failed to hold. Daily Bollinger Bands, calculated from a 20-day simple moving average and two population standard deviations, placed the midpoint at $108.851. It fell from $109.6945 the previous day. The upper and lower bands stood at $120.8553 and $96.8467. Price remains inside the envelope but below its falling midpoint. This describes a weak trend position rather than an oversold reversal signal. The latest completed four-hour close at $102.55 was also below its four-hour midpoint at $105.0415. A daily close above $105.13 would recover Friday’s high and improve the approach to $107.41. Clearing the daily midpoint near $108.85 and the October 21 high at $109.15 would offer stronger recovery confirmation. A close below $101.61 would expose $101.00 and $100.34. Losing $100.34 would invalidate the recent base and put the lower-band reference near $96.85 in focus; that band is dynamic rather than fixed support. Zcash Pullback Leaves Daily Ranges Elevated Zcash closed Friday at $1,180.86, falling 2.97% after a $1,154.52–$1,257.35 session. Its high and low were both below Thursday’s, extending the pullback from Wednesday’s $1,378.91 peak. The close also fell below Thursday’s $1,185.52 low. The 14-day Average True Range, using Wilder smoothing, eased to $122.94 from $124.48. That still represents approximately 10.41% of the latest closing price, showing that recent daily ranges remain large relative to price. ATR measures volatility and does not establish whether the next move will be higher or lower. The latest completed four-hour candle closed at $1,171.06, with four-hour ATR at $44.03. Price had not recovered Friday’s close, although it remained above the session low. A daily close above $1,217.03 would recover Thursday’s closing level. Clearing $1,257.35 would strengthen the rebound toward $1,337.75 and $1,378.91. A close below $1,154.52 would expose $1,117.08–$1,108.86. Losing the October 18 low at $1,047.63 would invalidate the broader rebound from that trough. #Crypto
