✊ SEC’s 2027 Review Priorities

The SEC’s inspections division named tokenization, market infrastructure and “superintelligence” among its 2027 priorities. The plan covers more than 34,000 market participants, including advisers, brokers, funds and clearing organizations.

It also targets cybersecurity, client data protection, private funds and lending, complex strategies, and safeguards for retail investors exposed to risky, illiquid products. The SEC may adjust its focus as markets change.

Bitcoin is in the $80k zone. This is now the most important zone.

2/ KEY LEVELS — Simple and clear

Support: $80,000 zone
Demand zone: $78,000 – $80,000
Major Resistance: $87,800 – $88,000 (50-week moving average)

Price is above $80k, so the structure has not broken down yet. But a close below $80k would change that.
3/ SCENARIOS
Bull case: If $80k holds and reversal confirmation appears, then a move toward $87,800–$88,000 is possible after consolidation.

Bear case: If $80k breaks, a pullback to $70k–$80k is possible. This is not a time for panic; it’s a time to watch levels.

Gold’s signal: Below $4,000, flat after a weekly drop of ~4%. Pricing in an FOMC hold (market pricing, not a decision) could keep pressure on gold as long as yields remain high.
