@Injective has released its new whitepaper after 2018.
Previously, their vision was to focus on building a front-running-resistant exchange on Ethereum. The new whitepaper documents how that vision has evolved into a finance-native Layer-1.
The updated whitepaper outlines:
▪️ Protocol-level trading, orderbooks and settlement. ▪️ Programmable assets with built-in rules for issuance and transfers. ▪️ Shared state across EVM and WASM environments. ▪️ Connections to other networks through IBC, CCTP and the Ethereum bridge. ▪️ AI agents that can access market data and execute onchain actions. ▪️ Onchain derivatives with pricing, margin and liquidation mechanisms.
Injective’s direction is clear: bring asset creation, trading and financial risk management into one connected onchain environment. $INJ
Injective is strengthening its institutional presence across Asia. $INJ
Gulf Labs, part of Thailand’s ~$27B GULF Group, is now live as an institutional validator on Injective.
Key developments: ▪️ Securing the network and participating in governance. ▪️ Exploring tokenization and stablecoins with Thai institutions. ▪️ Potential access to Gulf Edge’s data centers, cloud and AI computing resources. ▪️ Connections to Thailand’s regulated digital-asset market through Gulf Binance.
