Spent some time digging deeper into @BabylonLabs_io and a few numbers really caught my attention.

The next $BABY unlock is scheduled for Aug 10, adding around 136.11M tokens (roughly $1.69M), while the network is already backed by nearly 56.8K BTC in staking value. That's billions in security, yet the governance token is still valued at only a small fraction of the ecosystem it's supporting.

What I find most interesting is that BTC holders secure the protocol, but governance decisions remain exclusive to $BABY . That creates an unusual balance where Bitcoin provides the economic weight, while BABY controls upgrades, parameters, and protocol direction.

Maybe that's simply part of the project's early design and things become more balanced as the ecosystem matures. Or maybe it's a tradeoff the market will keep debating.
