If your account is frozen or locked, you can unlock it on the Binance website or app.
Important Note: In order to protect your account, withdrawals, payment services, will be disabled for 48 hours after unlocking your Binance account.
1. Log in to your Binance account, and you’ll see the pop-up below. Click [Unlock].
2. Read the notes carefully before clicking [Reactivate Account].
3. Complete the security verification, then click [Submit].
4. After completing the questions, you need to upload an ID document to verify your identity. The document required may vary depending on your country/region.
5. You’ll also need to upload a selfie. Please make sure your face is centered and is clearly visible. Do not edit the photo or wear glasses/hats.
6. Your application is submitted. Please allow up to 3 business days for the team to review.
