$ETH is waiting for the Glamsterdam upgrade, and its first trial schedule has just been postponed with no new date announced.
Facts from the Ethereum Foundation (Oct 22): The Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet, scheduled for Oct 26, has been temporarily canceled. The reason: developers want to first investigate how EIP-8037 interacts with smart contracts on mainnet. No replacement date has been set.
What to note: • This only concerns the Hoodi testnet, not mainnet. • There is still no mainnet activation date for Glamsterdam. • The EF stressed that ETH holders don’t need to do anything. • The delay also cancels plans to raise Hoodi’s gas limit to 200 million.
My take: A delay over contract risks is boring news, but it’s healthy. Better late than an upgrade that breaks applications already in use. However, for the market, ETH has lost a catalyst with a set date. It’s trading around $2,320 (Monday morning, CryptoWatchDesk), down about 1.7% in 24 hours, and under pressure ahead of Fed week.
What makes ETH worth watching this week: • The Fed’s decision on Wednesday, Oct 28. • US PCE and GDP data on Thursday, Oct 29. • Around $0.76 billion worth of ETH options expire on Deribit on Friday, Oct 30.
Without an upgrade catalyst, ETH will likely follow Bitcoin and macro trends more closely.
Question: What do you think will have a bigger impact on ETH this week, A) the Fed or B) a new Glamsterdam schedule?
$XRP Will it hold above $1.26 or not? That’s the most important question during Fed week.
As of Monday (Oct. 26), XRP is trading around $1.29. But over the past month, its price is still down about 17%, and throughout October it has repeatedly failed to reclaim $1.40.
What has me on alert: • The number of wallets holding 10–100 million XRP fell from 351 to 339 (Ali Charts data). • XRP balances on exchanges rose by around 47 million (Santiment data). • Large transfers to Binance briefly hit a seven-month high (CryptoQuant). • Spot XRP ETFs recorded zero net flows on Oct. 23, after +$3.55 million the previous day.
Important note: Deposits to exchanges don’t necessarily mean the assets are being sold. They could also be custody transfers.
Levels analysts are watching: • Support at $1.26 (the lower boundary of the descending channel since August), followed by $1.20. • Resistance at $1.35 and $1.40.
My take: XRP isn’t collapsing, but it’s trading like a coin waiting for the macro green light. On Wednesday, Oct. 28 (1:00 a.m. WIB Thursday), we get the Fed decision; on Thursday, Oct. 29, we get U.S. PCE and GDP data. The market expects rates to hold, so the tone of the statement about December will be what moves prices. If $1.26 breaks on heavy volume, the scenario changes. If it holds, a rebound to $1.35 will be the next test.
There’s a lot of buzz around this week’s market predictions, so this could also be a good fit for those taking part in the prediction campaign.
Question: In your view, will XRP test $1.35 or $1.26 first before the Fed decision?
$BTC briefly fell below $80,000 this weekend, but quickly bounced back to around $80,800. In my view, this isn't about the bad news itself, but about how easily the market can be shaken.
What happened: • Saturday (Oct. 24), CoinDesk reported that the U.S. evacuated personnel from several posts in the Middle East over suspected Iranian attack plans. • BTC fell to its lowest level in more than a month, briefly hitting around $79,700. ETH, XRP, and SOL dropped 3–4%. • A few hours later, BTC had returned to around $80,800, nearly flat over 24 hours.
My take: the market's reaction matters more than the news.
Why I'm not panicking right away: • BTC funding is low, at around 0.0098% per 8 hours. That means long positions aren't too crowded yet. • The Fear & Greed Index is at 54 (neutral), up from 51 the day before. • The price recovered quickly after dipping below $80,000, so selling pressure didn't continue.
Why I'm still not convinced: • Open interest rose 1.64% over 24 hours while the price stayed flat. New positions are coming in, but it's not clear which way they're betting. • Spot BTC ETFs reportedly continued to see outflows throughout October (more than US$1 billion, according to TradingGain, which also noted the largest ETH outflows in four months). • The Fed meeting on October 27–28 and geopolitical tensions could trigger another spike in volatility.
Levels I'm watching (daily pivots from TradingGain, for observation, not as signals): • Support: around $79,600, then $78,400 • Resistance: around $81,600, then $82,400
Bottom line: as long as BTC holds around $80,000, the market seems to be absorbing bad news calmly. If that level gives way amid heavy volume, the story could change quickly. This week, Middle East headlines and the Fed's decision are the two biggest factors.
Which do you think will have a greater impact on BTC's price this week: A) the Fed's decision, or B) geopolitical news from the Middle East? Share your reasoning in the comments.
A new trend is making waves in the $BNB ecosystem this week: NFTs that can only be minted by AI agents.
There’s just one requirement: the wallet must have a Binance Wallet Agent ID ending in .ai. Regular wallets? The contract rejects them.
The biggest examples: • Ptah Relics: 100,000 NFTs sold out overnight (Oct. 22–23). Around 24,000 Agent IDs took part in the mint. • Mint price: 1–4.44 USDT, then they briefly traded around $23. Volume hit ~$928,000 in half a day. • Bibi: 4,444 NFTs, first mint was free, and they sold out in about 4 hours.
Why has this gotten so popular? • Agent IDs can be claimed for free (you only pay a small gas fee), so anyone can join in. • “Agent-only” makes it feel exclusive and harder to mass-bot. • You just give the AI an instruction, the AI mints, and you confirm in the app.
But don’t focus only on the potential profits 👇 • Binance Wallet’s own developer has warned that Developer Mode lets agents sign unverified contracts. He Yi also retweeted the warning. • The advice: turn off Developer Mode when you’re done, or wait for products from verified developers. • .ai names are easy to imitate. Scammers can use similar names and claim to be the “official team.” • Most automated mints quickly lose value. The winners are usually the earliest buyers.
My take: Agent IDs aren’t just wallet names. They mark the beginning of an ecosystem where AI becomes an on-chain “user,” with BNB Chain as its first home. But the agent-only NFT hype will likely come in waves. Take the lesson, not the FOMO.
My 3 safety rules: 1. Only use links from the project’s official accounts. 2. Never give your seed phrase to anyone, including “AI.” 3. Turn off Developer Mode after minting.
Have you claimed an Agent ID yet? If so, what’s your .ai name? Drop it in the comments 👇

Airdrop Dilemma Revealed: How Can Small Players Break Through While Big Players Hoard Points? Recently, a strange phenomenon has emerged in the Alpha airdrop market: airdrops with 210 points are being ignored, while professional big players are busy hoarding points for the "big fish," and small players are blocked from participation due to insufficient points. Behind this seemingly calm market, there are actually undercurrents. As a creator who has been exploring Binance Square for a while, I will combine my observations and analysis to explain the logic behind this phenomenon and share some practical coping strategies. Current Situation Analysis: Polarized Airdrop Market The shift in strategies among big players is the most significant characteristic currently. Big players with capital ranging from 1000 to 10000U are not satisfied with small airdrops; they are concentrating resources to accumulate points, targeting larger and more valuable projects. In contrast, small players are in a difficult position. A capital of less than 1000U is insufficient to support the points required for frequent participation in airdrops. Even if there are secondary airdrop opportunities, they often lack attractiveness due to low value. This polarization has led to a noticeable decline in airdrop participation in recent days, creating a bizarre calm in the market. Underlying Logic: The Real Dilemma of the Points Economy The points mechanism on the Alpha platform essentially amplifies capital advantages. Big players can easily complete various tasks to earn points with ample funds, while small players struggle. More importantly, psychological expectations play a crucial role in the market. Professional players generally believe that the current airdrop values are not sufficient to consume valuable points, preferring to wait for bigger opportunities. Once this consensus is formed, it creates a self-reinforcing market effect: the less airdrops are claimed, the more likely the platform may offer higher quality airdrops; and the more anticipation there is for quality airdrops, the more current airdrops are neglected. Breaking the Dilemma: Survival Strategies for Small Players Faced with this predicament, small players need to adjust their strategies: Prioritize participation in projects with long-term value. Do not chase every airdrop; instead, choose tokens that have solid fundamentals and potential for ecological development. Feel free to share your airdrop strategies and views in the comments section—how are you coping with the current market dilemma? #ALPHA #积分

Tonight at 10 PM, KGEN will conduct a phased airdrop, the first phase is 210 points, the second phase is 190 points, and 100 tokens. Estimated to be a big deal, but today's second phase is not fully claimed, I wonder if An An will get angry again and split the big deal into small deals? There have been several times like this before, when the previous airdrop was not claimed, the highly anticipated big deal turned into a small deal...
