Honestly, don’t be fooled by the surface-level pullbacks. High-odds opportunities are often hiding in the places where most people don’t dare to reach. In this retracement-and-step-down cycle, $BCH , I don’t think it’s the end of the trend—rather, it’s another buildup within the bottom structure on the weekly chart. This rebound in BTC has been so resilient that, sooner or later, capital will spill over into lagging catch-up assets. As for BCH, being a long-established mainstream coin, its position is already there—rotation into it is only a matter of time.
When I analyze the market, I usually set the direction first by looking at the bigger cycle, then fine-tune the timing by checking the smaller cycles. BCH’s weekly bottom formation is very solid. This drop hasn’t broken the long-term accumulation of the existing coin supply structure. The volume has also contracted beautifully, which suggests selling pressure has been exhausted—not the kind of behavior you’d expect from distribution.
On the daily chart, by contrast, price keeps testing above a key support level. Each time it dips lower, buy orders catch it. This type of “grinding bottom” action is often the fingerprint of accumulation by the main players. Some people worry that if BTC pulls back, BCH might also get dragged down—but I believe the risk-reward ratio at this position is already quite attractive. As long as BTC doesn’t show an extreme breakdown, BCH’s downside room is limited. Once it breaks upward through the previous high pressure, it opens up a brand-new stretch. When we trade, we can’t just stare at minute-by-minute fluctuations and scare ourselves—we need to understand what the main logic of this move really is: BTC sets the stage, the mainstream plays the leading part, and these lagging assets like BCH are driven primarily by the demand to catch up. Of course, I’m not saying it will rally straight up in one go—there will definitely be back-and-forth along the way.
But at this point, I think the odds are on the side of the bulls. Instead of chasing those hotspots that have already surged too far, it’s better to patiently position yourself in this kind of value pocket that’s solid at the bottom and hasn’t moved much yet. The market won’t treat patient people unfairly. For this rotation, I’m bullish on BCH’s performance.
