#Binance , the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by transaction volume, had recently made a decision about privacy products. Binance had previously announced that it would delist the following products in France, Italy, Spain and Poland:
“DASH, ZCASH (ZEC), HORİZEN (ZEN), PIVX (PIVX), NAVCOİN (NAV), SECRET (SCRT), VERGE (XVG), FİRO (FIRO), BEAM (BEAM), MONERO (XMR) VE MOBİLECOİN (MOB).”
When we look at the latest decision, it seems that Binance has given up delisting these products from the European market.
inance published the following statement regarding the issue as of today:
“After carefully considering feedback from our community and several projects, we have revised how we classify privacy coins on our platform to comply with EU-wide regulatory requirements.”
Verge (XVG), which entered Binance's privacy altcoins delist list, shared the following on the subject:
“We are pleased to inform you that XVG will not be affected by Binance trading restrictions on privacy coins in certain EU countries.”
Binance, which seems to have made a new revision regarding privacy products as of now, may decide to delist again in the future, uncertainty still continues.
On May 31, the European Union clarified its standards for digital assets with new Crypto-Asset Markets (MiCA) regulations. This step seems to have a somewhat positive impact on privacy products for now.
