Even in a bull market where most tokens are rising, many traders still lose money. Here's why: 1. Chasing Pumps: Buying after a token has already pumped leads to losses during corrections. 2. No Strategy: Failing to set stop-loss or take-profit levels results in missed opportunities. 3. Overtrading: Jumping into too many trades without proper analysis increases risk. 4. Leverage Misuse: High leverage amplifies losses during market dips. 5. Emotional Trading: Fear and greed often lead to impulsive decisions. 6. Ignoring Fundamentals: Investing in speculative tokens without research is risky. 7. Market Manipulation: Whales and market makers trap retail traders with pump-and-dump schemes. 8. Misjudging Market Cycles: Holding too long during the peak leads to losses.
Hope you've made some gains from Scalping $RSR as I told you. There are different ways of trading certain tokens, an abrupt huge pump that has just skyrocketed from nowhere, WE #SCALP in either directions but Short selling is the most favorite.
$GTC Another way of trading is a constant small or medium uptrend green candles for example $W which is leading top gainer. We don't Short-sell it until it loses its buying momentum.
$BTC 4hr chart analysis: BULLISH RECOVERY OR ANOTHER REJECTION?
$BTC is trading around $83750 -$84,290 on the 4H chart after bouncing from the $80K demand area.
But the big question is: Can buyers push #BTC higher, or are we approaching another selling zone? 👀
We saw a rejection yesterday night at around $84260 and still BTC has just retested this area and sold off again.
📊 Key levels I’m watching:
$82,987: Important support to watch $83,350–$83,700: short-term support decision area $84,290: Recent 24H high $85,120: Major resistance $87,395: Higher resistance if bullish momentum continues $79,800–$80,200: Major demand zone.
🟢 Bullish scenario: BTC holds above the $84,290, and confirms the breakout with a successful retest. The next area to watch is around $85,120.
🔴 Bearish scenario: BTC gets rejected around $84,290–$85,120 and loses short-term support.
A move toward $82,987 becomes possible, with the $80K demand zone back in focus if selling pressure continues.
Neither scenario is confirmed yet. I’m watching price action, candle closes, and retests—not guessing the direction.
Many traders are asking why #TIA experienced such a deep drop despite being a fundamental giant in the modular ecosystem.
Here is what’s really happening behind the scenes and on the charts:
📉 Why Did TIA Fall that much?
✔ Supply & Unlocks: Recurring token unlock events and VC distribution have added constant sell pressure to the float over time.
✔ Market Deleveraging: High-beta Layer-1/Layer-2 tokens always suffer heavier cascades during broader $BTC pullbacks and leveraged long wipeouts.
Let's look at these 4hr chart;
• While #TIA🔥🔥🔥 is forming higher lows on the 4H timeframe, price is now testing the Last Major High Resistance as you can see on chart below.
• Crucial Zone: This resistance is a major structural pivot (Supply Zone)
• A failure to break through and hold means this local uptrend is just a relief rally before liquidity sweeps lower.
💡 Potential Trade Scenarios:
🐂 Bullish Signal: Wait for a solid 4H candle close ABOVE the marked resistance, followed by a low-volume retest holding as new support. Target next upper liquidity pools.
🐻 Bearish Signal: A sharp rejection or bearish pin bar at resistance signals short opportunities back toward local demand zones.
⚠️ Always manage your risk with strict stop losses below structural swing lows!
What are your thoughts on $TIA ? Let me know below! 👇
You must have a strategy or a setup that clearly defines your; 1.Entry 2.Stol loss 3.Takeprofit
We don't just jump into a pumping token like $CFX or $ERA or $STRK and Short-sell it with the only reason you can give is " it's a beautiful huge green candle it must sell off"
If it can, are you prepared for the volatility, sudden wicks, and potential liquidation?
Low-cap tokens can move violently, especially when liquidity is thin. Being right about the direction doesn't mean you'll survive the move against you.
That's why I prefer focusing on more established, liquid tokens, such as $BTC , $ETH , and selected large-cap altcoins.
What more haven't I said about Not #SHORT📉 Selling a top leading gainer.
If you persisted and Short-sold $MAGIC hoping for a retracement, Sorry cause now you might be in a big drawdown.
You'll learn to listen👂👂.
$MAGIC A reminder of what we said; You either #BUYLONG if you've seen it earlier or Leave it alone and keep an eye on it waiting for it's dumping once it loses its buying momentum. $MAGIC
FOCUSING SOLELY ON PNL WILL RUIN YOUR TRADING CONSISTENCY.
✍ When your primary motivation is making money, fear and greed drive your decisions leading to over-leveraging, moving stop losses, and cutting winners early.
✍ If you focus purely on making money in trading, you’ll likely end up with very little of it.
✍ When your eyes are glued to the PnL, emotions take over.
✍ You cut profits short out of fear, move stop losses out of hope, and over-leverage to recover losses.
✍ Shift your focus to execution:
✍ Master the process: Treat trading like a business where risk management is your highest priority.
✍ Respect your setup: Take only high-probability trades that fit your strategy.
✍ Set and forget: Let your SL or TP hit naturally. Constant micro-managing usually turns winning setups into avoidable losses.
WHEN THE TOP GAINER FADES, THE NEXT SHORT SETUP MAY TAKE SHAPE. 📉
We're unprofitable by choice due to laziness and ignorance.
If you've been following my previous posts, you already know what I've been emphasizing for the past 3–4 days.
📍DO NOT RUSH TO SHORT-SELL THE LEADING TOP GAINER. WATCH IT.
Over the past 3-4 days, we've seen a pattern worth paying attention to. Tokens that dominated the gainers' lists started losing momentum and eventually dumped, just as we've seen happen in previous market cycles over the years.
Remember #NMR #ORCA ,$MET and $OGN which has just lost it's spot to $KAIA
Where are they now!?
The lesson isn't that every top gainer must dump. It's that when a token loses its leading position, it deserves a closer look.
Why?
✔ Early buyers may start taking profits.
✔ Attention and liquidity may shift to the next trending token. ✔ The previous leader may lose buying pressure.
✔ A confirmed bearish CHOCH/BOS, lower highs, and lower lows can provide evidence of a possible reversal.
📍But don't confuse a falling ranking with a confirmed short signal. A token can lose its position and still pump again.
MY STRATEGY:
1.Identify the leading top gainer in both SPOT and FUTURES.
2.Never #SHORT📉 sell it for as long as it's still leading.
3.Watch it instead of blindly chasing the pump which you already missed.
4.Monitor what happens when another token takes its place.
5.Wait for bearish price-action confirmation.
6.Only then consider whether a short setup is worth the risk.
We've already missed the pump? Fine. We don't have to chase it.
Sometimes, the better opportunity comes after the hype fades — but only if the chart confirms it.
TODAY'S TOP GAINERS CAN BE TOMORROW'S LOSERS. THE KEY IS KNOWING WHEN THE MOMENTUM HAS ACTUALLY CHANGED. 📊
What do you think? Have you noticed this pattern over the past few days?
Let's recover our money brothers and sisters in trade.
Now $MET has just lost it's spot to $OGN This is where we start paying more attention to $MET as others are shifting their all attention to #OGN Looking for a possible downtrend confirmation and we place our perfect #SHORT📉 sell orders.
