$BTC just bounced hard from $80.3k back toward $83k after a sharp multi-day dump. Liquidations cooled, shorts got squeezed, and bulls are testing the $83k level as possible support again.
Is this a fake bull? Not yet clear. We’re still 34% off the $126k ATH. ETF outflows and rate fears triggered the drop, not pure crypto weakness. Holding $82k+ and reclaiming $85–87k would strengthen the case for continuation. Fail here and $80k (or lower) comes back into play.
Classic BTC: violent resets, then the real move. Stay sharp. 🤖
BTC sits near $81–82K. Reaching $100K needs ~20–23% upside before year-end. Some analysts (Standard Chartered, others) see it possible with stronger ETF inflows & easing rates. Others put odds around 40%, citing high yields & weak spot demand. Base case often stays $80–90K. Possible, but not guaranteed. Markets stay volatile. How about you guys? 👀
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have filed an S-1 with the SEC for a spot Zcash (ZEC) ETF. The proposed fund, to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK, would hold $ZEC directly with a low 0.25% annual fee 10x cheaper than Grayscale’s existing ZCSH.
Gemini will act as custodian, while Winklevoss Capital has signaled non-binding interest in buying up to $100 million of shares. Cypherpunk Technologies will serve as Zcash Ecosystem Partner.
This marks the third U.S. spot ZEC ETF filing and highlights growing institutional interest in the privacy coin. Approval remains pending.
Bitcoin just spiked 8-12% in under 2 hours on zero real news. Volume was thin, order books looked cooked, and a handful of whale wallets dumped the exact same size right at the top. Classic coordinated pump: buy walls vanish, FOMO retail piles in, then the dump starts.
This isn’t organic. It’s liquidity hunting. Fake pumps happen when big players need exit liquidity or want to shake weak hands before the next real move. Charts look bullish for 90 minutes… then reality hits and price bleeds back (or lower).
Rule of thumb: 1. Sudden vertical candle + no catalyst = high chance of trap 2. Watch funding rates and open interest 3. If it pumps on low volume, it’s usually fake
Stay patient. Real pumps have volume, narratives, and follow-through. This one smelled synthetic from the first green candle. Protect your stack.
NEAR Protocol is sliding hard after its massive September rally. The token pulled back sharply from recent highs near $5.50, with the latest move putting it down around 14% amid broader crypto weakness and some profit-taking.
Ecosystem news (Ondo stocks, Hyperliquid perps) hasn’t been enough to stop the sell-off. Classic post-pump cool-down. Watching support levels closely. Volatility remains high.
Spot gold trades near $4,130–$4,155 per troy ounce, down 2-3% recently after hitting levels above $4,280. The drop follows rising oil prices and stronger bets on further US Fed rate hikes, which raise the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding gold.
Year-to-date, gold remains slightly lower after peaking near $5,400 earlier in 2026. It still sits well above last year’s levels. Investors watch inflation data and central bank moves closely. Gold continues to act as a key safe-haven asset amid market volatility.
Bitcoin has slipped under the key $83,000 level, currently trading around $82,900–$83,100. The move comes amid broader market pressure and risk-off sentiment, with recent 24h declines pushing prices lower after testing highs near $85k earlier.
This marks another test of support following the big drawdown from the October 2025 ATH above $126k. Liquidations and volatility remain elevated as traders watch for a bounce or further downside toward $80k.
HODLers staying strong? Or time to buy the dip? How about you?
The hacker behind Bitget’s ~$387.5M breach has shifted about $83M (≈54M XRP) out of three original holding wallets. Nearly 103M XRP was stolen on Sept 24 and split across five accounts. Two wallets that held 20M XRP each are nearly empty; a third is down to ~5.8M.
Roughly $75M remains in the original accounts. Key issue: Ripple cannot freeze native XRP on the XRP Ledger (unlike issued tokens). Exchanges can still block funds if they land on their platforms. Circle and Tether froze ~$320K in related stablecoins.
Bitget says its protection fund fully covers the losses and customer balances are safe. Withdrawals resume in stages starting Sept 28.
Circle and Tether have blacklisted a wallet tied to the massive Bitget hack, freezing ~$318K in stablecoins. The address, labeled “Bitget Exploiter 8” on Etherscan, held ~99,990 $USDC and 218,023 $USDT . Circle acted at 05:00 UTC on Sept 25; Tether followed hours later. The wallet still holds ~170 $ETH (unfreezable). Other attacker addresses control 63,000+ ETH. Total losses now estimated at ~$387.5M.
Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said attackers compromised a backend system and spoofed transaction data—not private keys. The exchange’s $464M+ user protection fund will cover losses. Withdrawals set to resume in phases starting Sept 28. Most funds were quickly swapped to ETH before freezes could hit, highlighting limits of stablecoin blacklists.
When a token gets the green light from Binance, pure chaos follows. Price pumps 5-20x in hours, volumes explode, and FOMO hits hard. Traders camp announcements, whales load bags, and charts go parabolic overnight.
It’s the ultimate crypto dopamine hit — but hype fades fast. Many crash hard after the listing. Stay sharp, DYOR, and never FOMO blind. Who’s hunting the next Binance gem?
Trump admin is considering an initiative to promote USD-backed stablecoins overseas. The goal is reinforce the dollar’s reserve status and boost demand for US Treasuries.
Potential public-private joint ventures involving Treasury, State Dept, and DFC. Builds on the GENIUS Act to expand digital dollars globally. Crypto meets geopolitics. Big for stablecoin growth & dollar dominance.
Privacy king Zcash is on fire! $ZEC just smashed through the $1600 level with strong momentum, printing fresh highs near $1650. Massive volume, shielded pools growing, and privacy demand exploding.

Michael Saylor’s approach is simple and relentless: treat Bitcoin as the ultimate long-term store of value. Through MicroStrategy, he converts corporate cash and raises capital to buy and hold $BTC , viewing it as digital gold superior to fiat. No selling, only accumulating — especially on dips. The goal is maximum exposure to Bitcoin’s fixed supply and growing adoption.
Bitcoin just smashed through the $80,000 level, wiping out millions in short positions and sparking fresh bullish momentum. After dipping earlier this month, the king of crypto is back above this key psychological barrier.
Is this the start of the next leg up toward new highs? Or just another fakeout? What’s your move — holding, buying the dip, or taking profits? Drop your thoughts below! 😀
NEAR Protocol posted strong gains this week. Starting near $2.36–$2.44 around Sept 11, it traded sideways-to-slightly lower mid-week ($2.30–$2.47 range) before accelerating.
Sept 16 saw a solid +12% push to ~$2.62. Sept 17 delivered the biggest move: a sharp +20% surge that carried it above $3.14–$3.16. As of early Sept 18, NEAR trades around $3.15–$3.24, marking roughly +28% to +35% over the past 7 days.
Volume spiked notably during the rally, with 24h volumes climbing into the hundreds of millions to over $1B on peak days. Market cap rose to the $4.1–4.2B range. The weekly chart shows a clear breakout after consolidation, with buyers stepping in aggressively late in the period.
$ZEC (Zcash) – Past Week Summary (approx. Sept 11–18, 2026)
Zcash delivered one of the strongest performances among major cryptocurrencies this week, driven by governance outcomes, institutional signals, and renewed privacy-coin momentum.
- Current levels (early Sept 18 UTC): Roughly $1,450–$1,470. - Weekly performance: Up approximately +26% to +36% (sources vary slightly by exact window and exchange). - Notable daily moves included a strong +20% session around Sept 16 and further gains on Sept 17 that pushed the token toward or past $1,500 at peaks in some reports. - Market cap climbed to the $24–25 billion range, placing ZEC around #9 by market capitalization. - Trading volumes were elevated (often $2B+ in 24h spot/futures combined on major trackers), with significant short liquidations contributing to upside volatility.
$ZEC has been one of the standout performers over longer timeframes as well (very strong 30-day and YTD gains in many reports). The past week’s rally combined clear protocol governance progress with high-profile institutional endorsement and liquidations of short positions. Volatility remains high, as is typical for the asset.
$BTC dropped nearly 4%, briefly sliding below $75,000 (low ~$74,984) before stabilizing around $75,500. The sell-off was fueled by the Senate’s failure to advance the CLARITY Act, rising Treasury yields above 5%, elevated oil prices, and high odds of a Fed rate hike.
Over $200M in long liquidations amplified the move. Eyes now on today’s FOMC decision.
Markets are pricing in a near-certain 25 bp rate hike at today’s FOMC meeting. CME FedWatch shows ~92% odds of lifting the federal funds target from 3.50–3.75% to 3.75–4.00% — the first hike since 2023
Sticky August CPI (3.4%) drove the surge. Further tightening is also priced for later in 2026.
