$ETH is trading around the $2.48Kā$2.50K zone and testing a key resistance at $2,500.
A clean breakout and daily close above $2.5K could open the door for another leg higher.
Key support: $2.44K Key resistance: $2.50K
If bulls maintain momentum, Iāll be watching the next resistance zones above $2.5K.
The bullish setup is not only coming from the chart.
Ethereum is still attracting institutional demand, with U.S. spot ETH ETFs recording continued net inflows. Ethereumās scaling roadmap and growing role across DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets and L2s also keep the long-term fundamentals strong.
So for me:
Technical momentum + institutional demand + strong Ethereum fundamentals = ETH is worth watching closely. š
But remember: a rejection around $2.5K could trigger a pullback, so confirmation matters.
What Is DeFi? DeFi stands for Decentralized Finance.
It is a financial system built on blockchain technology that allows people to access financial services without relying entirely on traditional banks or centralized institutions.
With DeFi, users can: š¹ Swap tokens š¹ Lend and borrow š¹ Provide liquidity š¹ Earn yield š¹ Use decentralized applications (dApps)
Most DeFi protocols use smart contracts to automate these activities.
In simple terms:š
DeFi = financial services powered by blockchain and smart contracts.
But remember š
DeFi comes with risks such as smart contract exploits, impermanent loss and market volatility.
Always do your own research before interacting with any protocol.
