as well as general counsel Dan Gallagher

What did he say?

He told them: You used to support the position of the U.S. SEC regarding tokenization of stocks
but now you’re turning your backs

And Adam clearly said:
Tokenized shares represented by tokens that represent them must have voting rights
and companies must be allowed to choose what they want

Then he delivered the knockout blow and said:
There will be major hypocrisy if Robinhood doesn’t apply the same principles to its activities outside the U.S.
And he told them: Don’t contradict the SEC and don’t openly challenge the regulator

My personal opinion

I’m 100% with Adam

You can’t give people a tokenized share without rights
That isn’t a share—this is just a game

If we want tokenization to succeed, it must respect investors’ rights
voting rights and real ownership rights

Robinhood wants to profit from the tokenization without granting those rights
and that’s dangerous for the entire market
