Bitcoin Miner Revenue and ETH Staking Income Decline in September
Both Bitcoin miner revenue and ETH staking income experienced a widespread decrease in September. Bitcoin miner revenue in September saw a further decline, falling to $753 million, marking a 6.4% decrease. Similarly, Ethereum staking income also witnessed a drop of 11.2%, declining to approximately $115 million. Additionally, in September, the Ethereum network burned a total of 44,267 ETH, equivalent to approximately $71.7 million. Data indicates that since the implementation of EIP-1559 in early August 2021, Ethereum has burned approximately 3.62 million ETH, valued at approximately $10.24 billion.
