Yesterday, Hyperliquid burned $8.9 million worth of HYPE in a single day—more than the annual revenue of the vast majority of crypto projects.
Token burns themselves aren’t unusual. What’s unusual is the scale. Burning $8.9 million in a day means Hyperliquid’s actual revenue and ability to capture fees are far greater than the market expected. The protocol is telling you in the bluntest possible way: we make so much money, we can afford to burn it.
The biggest difference from other projects is that token burns for most projects are just marketing spin, with actual amounts burned being pitifully small. Hyperliquid’s burns are real on-chain data, and every transaction can be verified. Revenue drives burns, burns create scarcity. Whether this cycle can continue depends on whether trading volume holds up.
What’s really worth watching isn’t how much was burned, but whether trading volume drops afterward. If the burn brings in new users, it’s a virtuous cycle. If it’s just a game among existing users, then no matter how much gets burned, it’s just handing candy to token holders.
Hyperliquid’s economic model really is a little different.
Binance just launched three AI products in one go, collectively called Binance Intelligence, and made them available to 300 million users.
Each product has a different role. Binance AI is free for everyone. It generates personalized briefings based on your holdings and trading experience, covering everything from crypto and U.S. stocks to macroeconomics. AI Pro is a customized version of CodeX: describe what you want in plain English, and it builds an automated trading workflow for you. Agent OS is open to developers, who can plug in their own AI.
AI Pro is the one to watch. Until now, retail traders who wanted to use quantitative strategies either had to learn to code or buy third-party plugins. They often couldn’t access all the data they needed, and integrations were costly. Now Binance has connected its market data, analytics, and order systems. Say, “Buy more Bitcoin if it drops 5%,” and it builds the workflow for you. That’s what lowering the barrier to entry really looks like.
Even if just 10% of Binance’s 300 million users try it, that would make it the world’s largest AI trading environment. AI used to be the preserve of institutions. Now it’s built right into an exchange, putting a trading assistant at everyone’s fingertips.
But let’s pour some cold water on the hype: an AI-generated trading strategy isn’t necessarily a good one. No matter how convenient the tools are, bad judgment can still cost you money. Binance is giving you the ability to execute—not the ability to profit. Don’t confuse “I can use AI to trade quantitatively” with “I can make money using AI.”

🚨 BTC $83,556, UNI is only 2.7% away from support | Interest rates break 4.5%, watch this today
October 01: overall environment is friendly, but the interest rate is a bit high. Let’s get to the point.
📊 BTC $83,556 (-0.2%) Support $74,628 (weekly + daily · B level) / Resistance $91,422 After breakout, second resistance $100,063 Within the range: buy-the-dip zone $74,628~$76,867, trim zone $88,679~$91,422 SPX -0.2% / QQQ +0.2% | correlation consistent
⛓️ Derivatives snapshot Funding rate +0.0079%|neutral OI (open interest) +3.1% over 24h|positions change moderately Retail long/short ratio 1.35|large holders positioning 2.09 Active buy order ratio 49%
🎯 Three key signals for today 1. VIX 17 normal → sentiment stable, can trade normally 2. 10Y yield 4.96% breaks 4.5% → tech stocks under pressure; QQQ, mind stop-loss 3. DXY 108.8 strong → a stronger dollar suppresses risk assets
📌 Sharp view (to be verified in tomorrow night’s post—right or wrong, either way): Within the next 24 hours, BTC continues to range between $74,628 ~ $91,422; wait for a breakout to either side to see the next direction
💼 My plan | Risk 2.5/10 | Position 60–80% • Position 60–80%, but set stop-loss • Add on pullbacks, don’t chase; prioritize QQQ/SOXX
🎯 Altcoin radar (180-day support model) 1️⃣ UNI $9.02 24h +1.5%|Support $8.79, not far from support If it pulls back without breaking, watch $10.94 (near 20-day high); if it breaks $8.44, stop-loss and exit 2️⃣ JUP $0.3316 24h +0.5%|Support $0.3169, trend is waiting for a pullback If it pulls back without breaking, watch $0.375 (near 20-day high); if it breaks $0.3042, stop-loss and exit 3️⃣ CAKE $2.63 24h +3.1%|Support $2.46, trend is waiting for a pullback If it pulls back without breaking, watch $2.86 (near 20-day high); if it breaks $2.37, stop-loss and exit ⚠️ In the sideways period, keep altcoin positions ≤ 20%; every single trade must have a stop-loss
👀 Watchlist • Can the 10Y yield fall back below 4.3%? • Can BTC $83,556 hold its ground? • Can DXY fall?
