Day 2. (Part 2/2)
For example, when paying dividends to the user, no cash is credited. After withholding the required tax, the net amount is automatically reinvested, and its effect is reflected through a change in the Multiplier coefficient. What does this mean for a typical user? No constant hassle with declaring and paying taxes on dividends—they will be automatically reinvested and you don’t have to do anything.
Another important advantage is instant calculations. On a traditional stock market, completing a trade usually takes one business day (T+1). With bStocks, however, the transfer happens practically immediately after the transaction is confirmed on the BNB Smart Chain network. This makes round-the-clock trading 24/7 possible, regardless of when the US exchanges are open (which operate only 6.5 hours a day, Monday through Friday).
Thus, bStocks’ technical architecture combines transparent backing with real shares, verifiable reserves, smart contracts, automatic handling of corporate events, and blockchain speed.

На первый взгляд bStocks выглядят как обычные криптотокены, и так оно на самом деле и есть. Их можно купить, отправить на собственный кошелек, использовать в DeFi или обменять в любое время суток. Но за этой простотой скрывается проработанная инфраструктура, которая объединяет традиционный фондовый рынок и блокчейн.
Технически bStocks представляют собой BEP-20 токены в сети BNB Smart Chain. Благодаря этому они обладают всеми преимуществами блокчейна: переводы занимают считанные секунды, комиссии остаются очень низкими (буквально центы, за что я и люблю BSC) , а пользователи могут хранить активы как на Binance, так и на любом совместимом некастодиальном кошельке.

In essence, if you’re from the CIS, you know that it’s not always and not everywhere that you can buy stocks through brokers due to a huge number of different reasons—and that’s exactly when tokenized stocks step onto the stage. They make stocks more accessible, largely for regular people—retail investors. If you’ve already started to immerse yourself in the world of investing, then you probably understand how difficult it is to preserve and grow your wealth when you don’t have access to stocks, ETF funds, or commodity products, and when “classic” crypto is too volatile to just throw all your hard-earned money into that pit.

bStocks — это токенизированные ценные бумаги, выпущенные компанией BTech Holdings Limited, входящей в группу Binance. bStocks классифицируются как сертификаты, представляющие определенные финансовые инструменты. bStocks представляют собой долю в базовых ценных бумагах, принадлежащую эмитенту, и не являются прямым владением базовыми акциями.
И тут можно немного опешить от формулировки, мозги начинают закипать… но на самом деле всё довольно просто, если вы уже хотя бы знаете что такое крипта и акции. Простыми словами bStocks – это те же акции, которые перенесли в крипту, это главное что нужно понимать.
