Many people are struggling and asking, "How can we control these emotions?"

Does this happen to you too? You feel afraid before taking a trade, even when your analysis is solid and the setup looks strong. You end up walking away out of fear, only to watch the market move exactly according to your plan.

Other times, when you finally take the trade and it goes into a loss, you freeze. You stay in the trade, hoping it will return to your entry point, but instead, you end up facing a massive loss.

This fear eventually leads many people to quit trading altogether—that is the harsh reality.

How to Survive?

The key is to trade emotionlessly. You must have everything planned before you enter

Know exactly where your entry is.

Know exactly where your exit is.

Understand that if the price drops below a certain point, your setup is invalidated, and you must close the trade immediately.

In trading, you aren't just battling a massive market; you are battling yourself. To be a successful trader, you have to win that internal conflict.

One more thing: Never give up. It is better to try and stumble than to do nothing at all. And never pay those "experts" or join paid groups—they are all useless!!

Many are shorting $BTW 📉, but I think that's not the right time.

The daily structure is still intact 📈, holding the previous swing high as key support and forming a hammer candlestick pattern.

On the hourly chart, we just saw a breakout of the trendline resistance, which is also a good signal of strength. However, we have a horizontal resistance shown in the chart above where the price is facing repeated rejections.

We need a higher low, and then we can target the zone I marked. Just watch the chart—if we get that higher low, we can take a swing long position. Right now, there is nothing good to short.

If we plan a short right here, it's just a gamble without any kind of confirmation. Trading needs patience and clear direction.

Closing Long Position on $ENA Before SL Near Entry 📉.

Correction is possible; we will re-enter after some time, but not right now. Let's look at the chart.

There is no clear way for the bulls to continue as the price is consolidating within a Descending Broadening Wedge on the 4-hour chart. After facing rejection from the upper trendline, the price has also failed to hold above the horizontal zone. As we can see on the chart, $ENA has broken down below that red zone, and it looks like a retest has also been completed.

Additionally, on the 15-minute timeframe, we can spot a Bear Flag formation 📉. We can look to scalp a quick short position once the lower trendline of this bearish flag breaks down.

That's the current update on $ENA . I'll post again if I spot anything else!

I’ll hold as long as price stays above this green hourly demand zone. A move up toward the blue parallel resistance seems likely, and with a tight stop loss as a safety net, this trade offers a solid risk-to-reward ratio. Let's see how it plays out! DYOR

$NIL is holding above daily horizontal demand zone and consolidating in a PENNET pattern which is a bullish pattern. A successful breakout above the upper trendline resistance will push price higher.

Strength is visible, guys! Bitcoin is still holding the key zone and we got a nice reaction.

On top of that, looking at the 4-hour timeframe chart, a Bullish RSI divergence is forming, which makes it feel like another upside leg is coming now.

Looking down, this daily candle has swept the liquidity and a good hammer candle is forming now. Just let it close like this, then we can target $BTC at 🎯 : $85k : $88k : $90k : $92k.

As for the alts, when Bitcoin pumps, everything is going to follow. Just focus more on strong projects whose charts are in an uptrend. This update is enough for now, hold your spot positions and stay positioned, the move will come, but don't forget risk management. Good night!

📉 $ENA / USDT: More Discount Possible? Let's Analyze.

Starting with the Daily timeframe chart, $ENA still has an unfilled Fair Value Gap (FVG) around $0.180 – $0.165. Therefore, seeing a dip below $0.200 would be completely normal.

On the 4-Hour chart:

Price delivered a fakeout trap above the trendline and has dumped back below it.
It is currently reacting off a local support zone.

Looking at the market structure, the downside liquidity from previous swings hasn't been swept yet. I expect price to grab that liquidity and fill the daily FVG.

Overall Structure: Still macro bullish.
Spot Holders: Safe to hold or accumulate more on dips.

Futures Traders: Be cautious with long trades right now.
