That a good day is the day you executed a trade.
But markets don’t work that way.

The best decision you can make...
is to make no decision.
Because trading isn’t a job measured by the number of trades.
It’s an activity whose results are measured by the quality of your decisions.
Practical rule
At the end of every day, don’t ask yourself:
"How many trades did I execute?"
Instead, ask:
"Did I ignore any trade that wasn’t worth the risk?"
Because the trade you didn’t enter...
may be just as valuable as the trade you profited from.
A professional trader doesn’t feel like they have to prove themselves in the market every day.
They know opportunities come and go.

Meaning: whoever prays Fajr, my Lord is taking care of him—protecting him. And whoever comes to harm him or oppress him is like someone transgressing the safety that Allah has granted him. This is a very serious matter, and this is what is meant by: "So let not Allah demand anything from you regarding His protection."
﴿ Establish prayer at the decline of the sun until the darkness of the night, and [also] the recitation of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed ﴾
