#Volume How do we read this indicator?
Example as shown in the picture...
• Vol(SOL): 2.74M
This means that 2.74 million SOL coins were traded during this candlestick.
• Vol(USDT): 214M
This means that the trading value during this candlestick was about $214 million.
• MA(5): 2.37M
The average trading volume for the last 5 candlesticks.
• MA(10): 3.31M
The average trading volume for the last 10 candlesticks. It helps you know whether the current trading volume is higher or lower than usual.
📌 What do we benefit from this?
✔️ If the price rises and trading volume rises with it, this often indicates that the uptrend is supported by real liquidity.
✔️ If the price rises while trading volume is weak, the move may be temporary or weak.
✔️ If the price falls with a clear increase in trading volume, this indicates strong selling pressure.
Don’t rely on a single indicator to make your decision—make it part of an integrated analysis that increases the accuracy of your decisions.
📚 We’ll continue in this series explaining the most important indicators used to confirm the trend, understand liquidity movement, and identify the signals that many traders end up misinterpreting, leading to wrong decisions.
